Friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, extremely central location, secure parking and a good breakfast and a great food market the next morning.

Unfortunately a music festival was on when we stayed at this hotel, in a nearby park so it was quite loud in the room for the children to get to sleep but even that finished at a fairly reasonable time of 11pm.

For us, this was the perfect stop over travelling down to Southern France. The location was perfect being close to the river, restaurants a play park for the kids just opposite too. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were nothing special, yet clean and very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and stay here again as a stop over.

Comfortable hotel. Fine for a stopover. Good location, by river and a short walk from the dungeons and central market area. Tea and coffee facilities a bonus. Secure parking on site was great. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

This is a very comfortable hotel, well located both for the centre of Niort, but also as a stop-over point when travelling from Brittany to southern France. The rooms are comfortable and quiet; staff are helpful and friendly. Free secure parking is a bonus.

Family friendly hotel in attractive location. Comfortable room and quiet even though it was central. Lovely, clean bathroom with a good shower too. Excellent continental buffet breakfast.

Maybe some cartons of milk for the tea and coffee in the room but it wasn't really an issue.

The hotel having it's own parking was a huge bonus as all the available parking nearby is quite costly. We had a room with a river view and bathtub (101!!), as requested.

There was a lot of noise from around 6.30am from downstairs.

Good size bedroom, large comfortable double bed, kettle, coffee & tea, hair dryer and large well equipped bathroom plus air conditioning. The breakfast was great, the staff spoke perfect English and they were dog friendly and polite.

The lady on reception was very helpful on our arrival. The breakfast was good and the staff very attentive. Being in the town centre we were able to have an evening stroll and found an excellent Italian restaurant.
