The bed was so big and comfortable giving a great nights sleep. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Every staff member I met had a smile on their face and wanted to give helpful advice. The hotel was close to a couple of restaurants and a bar. It also had a Lidl store within 150 metres which was great to buy a few snacks from on the day we left.

Nothing not to like

Exceptionally clean hotel, with all the basics in place. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in a standard hotel. It’s situated on a commercial/ industrial park so it’s not the prettiest outlook, but this means supermarkets and fast food outlets are at hand. It’s also close to the motorways. There is no elevator to the upper floors. This was not a problem and staff were on hand to assist with luggage. Parking was easy and we felt secure.

All in all we were very comfortable here.

The hotel was really clean, modern. the beds were excellent and you has the added option of buying the pillows, which were also amazingly comfy. The hotel is also opposite 2 restaurants and a bowling alley, this was superb for the family. It is out of town and on a trading estate so loads of other things are there if you fancy a stroll.

Nothing really, no complaints

The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing!! They even had house-made yogurt and fresh fruit which are my favorites. Also, there was wine in the evening with this amazing machine that poured a fresh glass at the perfect temperature - very high tech, and it wowed me!

The beds are amazing and so is the breakfast buffet :)

Be aware that there are smoking rooms! We were assigned one, but we really didnt want one. The reception was very friendly and immediately gave us a different room, but just be aware of noting if you'd like a (non-)smoking room!

Some people mention that the hotel doesn't have a lift. The stairs are pretty easy. Short and with a few steps only. Of course I expect that people with reduced mobility will have a room on the ground floor. The breakfast was very good, also pancakes and meats. Most hotels don't offer this. If you buy foods at a service area it will be the same price and less choices. The hotel is very close to several restaurants that offer a discount if you stay at the hotel. Very nice beds as well.

perfect stay while on a roadtrip! super convenient, easy check in, big parking lot, 24 hr coffee. the street is also very American if anyone from the states is feeling homesick - there's bowling, a big gym, laser tag, axe throwing and two BBQ restaurants.

We have stayed here before and are always very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort in the room. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful. Location good for restaurants .

There was nothing we did not like

We always stay there on our journeys between Pau where we live and our daughter's house in Normandy. Its an affrdable stop on the 8-hour route.

The location in the industrial suburbs on Niort is hardly picturesque

Modern facilities, welcoming staff and exceptional breakfast. Was also fortunate to be placed in a particularly spacious room

a bit awkward to get to from the highway. I knew the area fairly well and even I took a couple of wrong roads
