Beautiful view, nice activities in walking distance, nice spacious studio, amazing food, lovely wine and nice helpful staff

Great view on the lac blanc. Really nice owner. We needed to let our car on a safe spot for the next few days and we could let it on the parking without problems.

Very spacious rooms, new furtniture, comfortable yet slightly short beds, great view and perfect location.

Slightly short beds for my 185cm.

The balcony was excellent. The setting and view were wonderful. Food was good too but you had to be quick for breakfast.

The rooms were basic but satisfactory.

I requested early breakfast, which was good, but I was asked to heat up the coffee in the available microwave.

Very lovely hotel and very friendly hotel staffs. Our room is clean and huge. Everything is perfect. The views is also very nice! You can see cows, mountains and forest from windows.

The breakfast was good. It's convenient that the hotel has a restaurant. The view from our top-floor family room overlooking the forest and lake was quite impressive.

not much really.....the decor & appointments a bit 80's maybe, but doesn't matter.

The Studio was spacious and had a lovely view of Lac Blanc. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal for day trips. Hiking, cycling or car tours. Lots of parking available.

There is no real reception area and the host not really welcoming. Rather off-handed eventhough we were confirmed to arrive. The staff consists of two plus a kitchen helper. Checking-in was a bit difficult due to language difference. My little French knowledge was not met with much enthusiasm. Not prepared to speak any other language (for the hospitality branch not usual). The lady at the reception who also serves as the waitress for dinner, tried to speak German. With a bit of French/German and gesticulations, we were taken to our room. The access to the rooms rather strange. Through the restaurant, via laundry and storeroom. The studio is not well equipped - kitchen utensils were few, hardly any glasses or crockery. A bit of a potpourri of collectables. The towelling 1 hand towel and two shower towels, and toilet paper not sufficient for two adults for our stay. For our dog, at €5.00 per day, no bowl for water or food. We used our own. We did book with breakfast. Well, each person was allocated a croissant, 2 slices of baguette, jam and very limited amount of cheese and hand slices. Kind requests to replenish the very very small "buffet" was met with a certain disdain. Late comers hardly had coffee or milk and had to ask. On the first night we had dinner there - due to some recommendations in booking.com that the food is authentic and delicious. Well, it was okay. The receptionist and the host were the serving staff. Once again very stern and not friendly. Upon ordering water, the bottle was placed on the table without glasses! No mention on the booking enquiry or confirmation that it is a self-catering and bring your own. Booking.com should mentioned this. For that price one could expect more convenience. The host should learn to be friendlier and service-orientated.

Very well location for the bikepark good parking big room kitchen in the room I will go again and try if the issues still are there I will not go anymore

Bed was broken on arrival, tried to fix it for the 2 night but then I have seen that it was too broken to repair by my self. Shower temperature control also was broken. Of course you notice that when you want to sleep/shower Breakfast is very late if you want to use it for the bikepark. Just take your own breakfast with you and your good.
