Small hotel just a short stroll from the Arc de Triomph and The Champs Elysee . Rooms is compact but fine for a few nights stay . Great breakfast

The only downside was tea making factualities in the room! Provided a kettle , mugs , tea/coffee . We actually took our own t-bags. But the hotel did not replenish the milk capsules ! When we asked for some at reception they were very reluctant and would only give us 2 ! That is only just enough for 1 cup of tea ! Most brits love a cup of tea . We also couldn’t even find a shop to buy a carton of milk 😢 Minor moan but it did spoil my weekend !

Location was so central to everything, Arc de Triomphe was literally at the end of the Rue. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good really enjoyed what was on offer. Room was immaculate and we arrived early and asked if we could leave our luggage but was told our room was available to check in immediately

Rooms could have been slightly bigger however we didn’t go to Paris to sit in a hotel room and there was everything in the room that we needed.

Location of the hotel is excellent, a mere 2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées and yet in a quiet side street. Also, the hotel can be reached by direct subway lines from Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse, which is very convenient when arriving/leaving by train. The facilities are good, a kettle with tea/coffee is always appreciated.

It was not pleasant to find a wet towel in the bathroom and a plumber repairing the shower when we arrived. However, the hotel reacted well and gave us a superior room immediately. The dominant black color of the room 'decoration' is not particularly enjoyable.

Great location and staff were very friendly! Felt very safe! The room was small but it was great utilisation of space. It had everything we needed!

More bar facilities if possible.

the location is simply wonderful, next to the Arc de Triomphe, all attractions can be reached on foot, there are many bakeries and cafes nearby, the area is calm, we feel safe

The only negative fact is the shower in the hotel room, it is not closed and water can even flow into the room, we used a large number of towels to then wipe all the floors from puddles of water after taking a shower

Breakfast was very good. The location was great, and within a few km walking distance of many of the main attractions and the metro stations. Plenty of choices for restaurants within a few blocks. The staff were very friendly and helful. The bed was very comfy.

The size of the room was only 14m2 including the separate shower cubicle and toilet. The wash basin was next to the bed. Everything was a little cramped for two people with luggage, but manageable once you got used to it.

Great location, friendly staff, and modern, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants close by with the Arc de Triomphe less than 3 minute walk as is the Champs Elysees. Clean and quiet neighbourhood.

Breakfast area is quite small so for a family is a little cramped when others come to have breakfast. Elevator is tiny.. one person and one suitcase at a time - stairs not really ideal solution as they are steep and spiral down. So allow time to get luggage down if booking a transfer service.

We have to leave the room key everytime when we have to go outside, I asked them for the reason which mentioned that sometime customer lost the key. For my opinion, you can get deposit for the key or get the fine in case customer leave stuffs or valuable thing in the room then have to lock the suitcase everytime.

We liked the location! Short walk to the metro. Theres also a number of places around for food, and a nearby convenience store. The place was clean and cleaned daily too.

It's too small for two people for the value paid. We cant even fit two luggages which is kinda the deal in Parisian rooms but it's really just very small there's almost no space to walk around. Even the elevator's very cramped

Pillows aren’t very good. too soft and rather flat. There was also an small issue on checking out as we wanted to pay for our purchases from the mini bar. The advertised price was €3 for toblerone and also for coke. Receptionist insisted the toblerone was €5 and not the advertised €3. Used my Revolut card to pay but it declined. My app didn’t show it declined so I was quite hesitant but he insisted it hasn’t gone through. We then paid up in cash. My transaction is still pending. Apart from this, I would still consider staying here in future.
