The French decor, character and charm of the hotel. Location excellent for places of interest and we had a view of the Arc d'triomphe even though the hotel is situated in a quiet location near to bars and cafes. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful and friendly and their advice was very reliable. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. We felt very safe at night when out and about.

Room was small for two females sharing and there was limited storage space. We had to unplug the tv and kettle to use plug points but we got used to this. The absence of a licensed bar in the hotel but this wasn't a problem as we found that there were plenty nearby.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are not only lovely but they know so much about the city and its attractions, it made life easy when we asked for guidance. They also had tickets at hand for guests to access various attractions which was a time saver in itself. Obviously its location to the Champs Élysées is amazing but there is also a metro stop right outside to get out and about easily to greater Paris.

The hotel needs a refresh. It has a lot of charm but some modern amenities like USB ports by the bed would be useful.

We are on trip for 5 days at Paris. The hotel's location is perfect, excellent, we don't need to waste time on transportation. There is only 50 meters to the subway station. If you book the room with the window view, you can see the Arc as it shows in the pictures. The hotel staffs are very super nice. they can satisfy all of our requested. The heating requirements are good to work, you never feel cold in november.

Nothing. All amazing. We will choose this hotel for the trip next time to Paris definitely!!

The location of the hotel was amazing in which all the facilities are near the hotel ( grocery, restaurant, cafe ) also near to the metro station entrance making it easy to move around via the metro , employees are kind and friendly specially (Mr. Mike ) in which he provide us with all information required and gave us the guide we need . Definitely will book again and recommended to be booked

The rooms might be little bit small but it was fine for me although i have a-lot of things

Staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions we have and with planning our trip, the location is the best as very close to main attractions, we have been upgraded for free to a room with a balcony and amazing view of the arch of triumph. We were so happy with the room, very clean and nice, bed is very comfortable and wifi worked amazing in the room. They were happy for us to leave our luggage after checkout for the day and we cane pick up before we left to the airport. Thank you so much ! We had the best time and we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing !! No complaints

Great location, close to everything and there’s a subway station just a few steps away. The room was nice and clean. Very nice staff, we had all the help we needed and were offered information and advice, as well as tours for purchase. We used the complementary ride from the airport to the hotel and it went very smoothly.

The room was extra warm, and we couldn’t adjust the heater settings. The windows would not open either. Elevator was super small, could not fit more than one person and a suitcase at a time.

Great service and location

Staff is outstanding. They really care about what they do, they care about the hotel and the guests. Nothing like the many hotels I have stayed at for many business trips. Location is excellent. Very central and acces anywhere is great. Very quiet and relax one minute from the Arc de Triumph. I ordered a superior room as Paris is an old city and hotel rooms in this city are small. The superior room was still small but comfortable with good chairs.

Personally I like old buildings and I have no problem with feeling that everything is a little old fashioned. I can see that this does not work for everybody.

This is the 2nd time I am staying at Belfast as we love it so much! The staff are so nice and helpful and managed to book activities for us that were sold out on the website, they upgraded us for free again to an amazing room with the view of the arch of triumph. The room is nice and clean , mattresses are so comfortable and the Location is amazing. Thank you so much we had a great time .

The hotel has this vintage vibe, which I LOOOVE! The staff was extremely polite, they were always there if we had a need of something. We always had clean towels and linen, overall the whole hotel was super clean and tidy. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and you can go basically anywhere with this line. We had an amazing view from our balcony, seeing Arc de Triomphe and part of the Eiffel tower. And the location of the hotel is literally at the city center, 2 min away from the Arc and 5 min from Champs Elysees. Overall everything was perfect to the last detail!

I don't have any complaints. :)
