Room neatness Comfy bed Friendly staff Location is very perfect. Decent restaurants and bars near by I stayed here for 3 nights, Its just 2 mins walk from Major metro station "Nation" where it connects Metro and RER. People complained about internet but when we data plans on phones why we need internet as we get in hotel to just rest for night. Yes the place is little noisy at night as there 2 bars just down the hotel. As these are older building, the window sealing is not sound proof but this is for people who are silent sleeper. For me its good as it felt like a happening area and you are on vacation. Note: you need to take steps if the room is in top floor, if you have lots of luggage just watch out.

Restroom being little small, Me being 5,4 and weigh 160lbs/74kgs, wished the restroom would be few cms bigger, but that's how it is in most of Paris city. Other than that no complains.

Beautiful little hotel in a great location right next to the Metro line at place de la nation. Thoroughly clean room which is serviced everyday. Beds are very comfortable, and I loved the pillows! Small but clean bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Hairdryer also included. The windows you could either tilt open or open them like French doors to let in the breeze on a hot day. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no lift in the hotel if you have issues with mobility. We were on the first floor so it wasn’t a problem for us, however, I wouldn’t have fancy climbing the stairs to the top floor after a long day walking in Paris! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay in a great location in Paris. I definitely think it deserves three stars rather than the two it has been awarded.

my only suggestion (not so much a complaint) is that the room did get hot at night and maybe Aircon would be a good idea. But otherwise no complaints at all.

I liked everything about the hotel. First of all, the location is amazing. You are in Paris but the price is for outside the city, maybe even cheaper, depending on what you want. They do not serve food, but the nice lady at the reception always offered me coffee in the morning. If you are a smoker or want to stay on a terrace, you have three pics right next to the hotel. These establishments also serve food, french, pizza, etc. If you want to eat something else, a little up on the street you will find even more restaurants. You can even have your pic as there are Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, etc. You even have Mcdonalds', but I suggest you skip it. 10 Euros for a breakfast sandwich, a latte, and a medium portion of fries is not worth it when you can have a much better meal at one of the restaurants. You also have the RER and metro 2 minutes away from the hotel, which takes you everywhere. If you buy a pass for transportation, you can use a bus, metro, or train. Now be careful with the areas. 1-3 will take you everywhere you need to see in Paris: the Eiffel tower, Louvre, Champs Elysee, etc. The building is one of those old buildings, with a magical Paris feel to it, 6 floors, so you might not take 50 kg of luggage with you, but I stayed on the first floor and had only a small suitcase, so it was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the tv was great and I could watch the news. I believe there might be channels in other languages, but I speak french so for me was ok to hear what areas to avoid during the protests between 20 and 24th of March. The room might seem small, but it is actually perfect for one person or a couple. You get a vanity, a closet, and I repeat. the bed is super comfortable. Walking all day my back really appreciated how comfortable it was. They do have bigger rooms for families. And if you go for a visit, you will only need the room for sleep. And lastly, the staff are amazing and extremely helpful.

Nothing bad about the hotel.

Staff is fabulous! Location is right by the metro. Still central city but not as expensive. Culturally diverse. I am a 66-year-old woman traveling alone and I felt completely safe. The room is small and there is no shower but it felt homey.

A place to shower would have been nice but the price is right if you want to stay in central Paris near the metro in summer, especially on a weekend. And staff who are attuned to you is great, makes up for the inconvenience.

This worked for me since I was able to obtain a room on a low floor and only had to use the spiral staircase for one flight. The housekeeper helped me with the suitcase both coming and going. The desk clerk was helpful and even offered a cup of coffee. The location, near Nation, was very accessible.

The wifi is very uneven and I had to put the code in every time and there was very little power. The shower is ridiculous and poorly designed so that the water gets all over everything. It needs to be corrected.

First of all, the location was absolutely perfect, right next to the metro and all sorts of "boulangeries" and supermarkets. The room was really well decorated and the staff was really nice. If you wanted to go out, you could always give your key to the desk clerk (they are there 24/7).

Only one negative point which is that the bed was extremely hard and not that comfortable to sleep on.

The position is the best! Place de la Nation is connected very well with a lot of different metro lines, trains and busses. It's a peaceful spot where you can also find restaraunt, bar and markets. The staff is also kind and helpful, they allowed us to leave our baggages after the check-out before we left to the Airport.

Nothing, all is great! Keep in mind that there is no elevator, so it's not ideal for old people or for people who needs assistance.

The rooms did not include shampoos. but the next day I asked the front desk if its possible to get some shampoo and they sadly said its not part of their services provided. However, when we came back later that evening, to our surprise each room had shampoo, the type one buys to travel, not the ones hotel usually provide (which are riny). What this tells me is that the personell went out of their way to acomodate us. That was AWESOME and for that I forgive what ever other shortcomings the hotel had. The predisposition of the personell out weights everythint else and can easily turn a so-so experience into a great one.

The room where small but its our first time in Paris so I guess this is normal. I'm OK with that. Since the summer nights are hot and there was no air condition, it would have been nice to at least have a fan. I rented out two room. One had a fan but the other did not. This was a disapointment which I'm sure if I would have checked in a reasonable hour I would have gotten one. Due to the fact that we checked in late around 1 am, it was difficult to request another fan because the night custodian did not know any English. We where simply too tired to explain.

The room was all we needed – simple and very clean with nice decor and a comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

We have absolutely no complaints about the room or the hotel in general. The place didn't offer breakfast, which could have been a plus, but we knew about this in advance.

This hotel has such a great location and staff! About a half hour EASY metro trip to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. It is also super easy to walk to attractions and see great cafes and sights on the way! My friend and I had absolutely no complaints about the hotel! Perfect hotel for wanting to explore the city of Paris and just a place to sleep at night.

The only downside of this hotel is that I don’t believe it is for older people. There is no elevator so you have to lug your baggage up a lot of narrow stairs.
