it was clean and beautiful. the location is very good.

at the check in, we saw that the room doesn’t have bath while in the booking.com we chose the room that mentioned bath as a room facility. One of the reason that I chose the hotel was the bath option. I told them but they said it is under availability and we don’t have a room with bath at the moment and if you want you can change your room tomorrow. They should mention it on the room facility part “bath or shower” or “bath under availability”. It wasn’t my mistake so they could offer me a better room with bath or at least a free breakfast or something like that to compensate their mistake but they didn’t even say sorry. At the end I paid for their mistake. Really disappointed about it!

Nice, small, quaint hotel in Paris. Great location with plenty of amazing restaurants right on the same street.

The staff acted a bit strange about the fact that we didn't want our room tidied up by the staff, almost as if they suspected we were trashing the room. I totally understand if they want to check in on their property but they created a fake story to get into the room instead of just being honest with us. Like I said, it's understandable from their standpoint but was certainly strange for us as we're very clean respectful guests.

The staff was AMAZING. I received some of the best service that I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel also has a lot of charm and was a very nice space for a good price. If you're not looking for extra amenities (gym, pool, etc.), then this might be a good place to stay.

Honestly, I kept hearing how Paris is a walkable city which I absolutely love. What people don't tell you is that none of the top sites are near each other. Unfortunately, very few things that I went to was less than a 30-minute walk. I was also expecting it to be just a bit quieter. Both of these might be more about Paris than it is about the hotel.

The staff is the most lovely, welcoming and helpful I have ever seen in a hotel. We were amazed by it! Very arranging as well if you need anything, we had important work calls, they let us checkout later to accommodate. Paris hotel room are small so there is no surprise but it remains reasonable here. Decoration is charming, location is perfect, but the cherry on the cake is the comfort of the bed! I am not sure about the usual rates, we got a last minute discount for 155 euros (on a sunday) so for us the perceived value is excellent! I'd say it is worth 200 a night easy.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Gare de Nord train station. It is situated in a stunning area of Paris, and round the corner to a street full of lovely shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. The staff were exceptional and so friendly. The breakfast was good and tasty and fresh. Coffee was free and you could get a cup any time of the day. The room was on the small side, but perfect for a few days away. It was clean, and had everything we wanted.

There was an issue with the hot water, but this was resolved quickly

We loved the Hotel Bloum. It was exactly the type of Parisian experience I was looking for. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. The hotel itself is very charming, comfortable and clean. If you want to feel more like a resident and less like a tourist during your stay this is the place for you. A short walk in any direction will lead you past a wide variety of shopping and scores of cafe's. If you prefer the Metro there is a station less than a block away. We will never forget our five perfect days in Paris, and the wonderful people at the Hotel Bloum who made them so.

Amazingly friendly and overtly helpful staff. I was always amazed and how often they offered support or help. They were excellent in offering suggestions and helpful with anything related to our stay. They always added a little extra to every request, asking for water or tea to be sent up they would include fresh cookies or a bowl of nuts.

The room is slightly small, but I want to emphasize it was exactly as they described it. American's should note this as it's not the typically sized hotel rooms they might expect. But it was well designed, laid out well and I never felt cramped.

The hotel is decorated with love, the rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There were also small gifts throughout the stay with little handwritten notes. The location is very good as well: there are several metro stations in the area and it is also a good starting point for exploring the city on foot.

The rooms are - as is often the case in Paris - really very small, so there is actually no way to store suitcases. As expected, the price-performance ratio over New Year's Eve was somewhat unbalanced.

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. I had been travelling a while and had gotten lost yet on arrival I was offered a coffee and all the stress drained away! No request was a problem and the staff were very polite and friendly. The decor was immaculate, tasteful and relaxing with all basic needs met. The area was perfect for me as it was a few minutes walk to metro Notre Dame du Lorette which was only 3 to 4 stops away from Monmatre and Moulin Rouge it was also only a few stops to the main link to Louvre etc. The local area had artisan bakeries, florists, supermarkets etc as well as café/restaurants to eat. I have saved this hotel into my favourites and I will be bringing my daughter with me next time. A warm and welcoming hotel.

I loved everything but reading the other comments I would agree the room would be a bit small for two people. When I return With my daughter, I will upgrade to the larger room.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, there is an elevator, which is important, especially if you have heavy suitcases! The staff is very responsive, they will always help you find the right restaurant or shop, they even warmed up the food, thank you very much for this !!! A little bit far from the center, but this is not really a problem, because while walking you can see a lot of interesting things along the way! The room is cramped, but for two the most it! It was very nice that upon arrival at the room, free water and macaroons were waiting for us!
