The room was very spacious and nice pool.

The booking did not imply there was no bedding. The room was not cleaned on arrival. We did not check in early. They charge a cleaning fee, but expect you to clean it before leaving. The "apartment" is 10 minutes from where you check in and not convenient. The room needed dusted with cobwebs everywhere. It may work for longer term, but definitely not worth the one night we went.

The premises and location are lacking any kind of atmosphere. It is ultra basic and maybe that is what you pay for. But the website and photos on booking give a different impression.

The location is ideal: 30-45min away from Nice, Cannes, and a reasonable drive away to Monaco! Marseille was a specific trip (2.5hr) but this was fine considering the other cities were close. If you have a car, you will find several supermarkets in close proximity (5-10min away). There are several Italian restaurants nearby and coffee shops/ bakeries which is convenient. We stayed in an two bedroom apartment; collected the keys from main reception and then drove to the apartment location (which requires an entry password). There was free parking and it was close to the apartment. Swimming pool (available from 8:30am), table tennis (two; need to collect ping pong set from reception!), and Pétanque setting (again, you can collect the set from reception). Both can be hired for a few hours. Apartments have AC throughout. Felt safe in the neighbourhood owing to the safety security on entry. Beautiful nearby lakes (20min away via a car) where you can do boating, circuit training, etc. The staff were very friendly and willing to help and make suggestions ok places to visit and dine! Excellent experience with all the staff members. They also kindly responded to all my queries via the bookings “message the property” option.

The accommodation was quite expensive given that they do not provide guests with towels, pillow cover, duvet cover, and bed sheets as standard (extra cost per person per day), so it was somewhat strange to have to bring this with us while on holiday. Also, although the booking stated “double bed” and bunk bed, when we reached the two bedroom apartment (applies to the one bedroom apartment too where there were two single beds placed together), we found that the rooms had a twin bed in each room… therefore strongly advise that you bring non-fitted sheets. Also, when we arrived at the apartment, there was several cobwebs in the kitchen and around corners of the apartment which were easily identifiable. The rest of the apartment had clearly been cleaned. A similar comment about cobwebs have been shared by a fellow bookings.com reviewer. This is something that needs to be checked prior to guests arriving. Additionally, there were no TV channels for English speaking guests (not even BBC/CNN) which meant replying heavily on using a laptop to access Prime etc.
