The large room was exceptional, with interesting sculptures and paintings. The bed was large and comfortable. The furnishings were stylish and provided seating and a place to work. LOved it.

I loved the room and the shower room, but... Access to the room required climbing two flights of stairs and steps across the threshold of the room. Also into the salle de bain. It did not spoil our stay, but for less mobile people it might be difficult. I feel sure the manager selected the room with us in mind and would not have allocated it to less active people.

Location for Pierrefonds was excellent. Comfortable room, with extremely helpful staff. Well furnished, with a great shower and bathroom. The restaurant attached is also very good

The pillows on the bed were weirdly huge and hard and honestly quite difficult to sleep on. Also, the bathroom had a screendoor which wasn't a problem but if you are sharing a room with someone whose bathroom noises you don't really want to hear it may be an issue!

It was a really nice stay above a restaurant with a really nice view. Old times lock and key was a little scary since it was tricky to lock ( would be a challenge in an emergency). The room was gorgeous! And so well renovated, awesome showers! Don’t open the windows, the birds are nuts there!

Pleasant hotel on a beautiful location, facing the lake. The staff were friendly and the interior decoration is rather nice. Breakfast was good.

The room had only a ventilator, no AC. With the windows facing west on one of the hottest days of the summer, it was very hot in the room. This was an exceptional circumstance though.

The location. Great shower.

Rooms smaller than expected. No milk in rooms for drinks and only 1 bottle of water for 2 guests. The pillows were ridiculously hard, you couldn't sleep on them at all. WiFi password not readily available had to ask. No help offered to carry luggage up the stairs.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic accomodation but extremely clean and well located. Breakfast was very good value, just right for our onward journey. Location in Pierrefonds makes it an excellent place for 1 or 2 nights stay. Would definitely visit again.

The plastic cover on the mattress was noisy and hot… I appreciate the hygiene factor, but other hotels use better brands / quality which makes a huge difference.

nice and warm staff! room is tidy, clean and extremely comfortable. Definitely going to stay here again if I am going to visit the town again:)

Good, Clean, good food etc, and very close to the castle.

Slight language problems, but nothing that couldn't be overcome.
