This is a lovely hotel-restaurant. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They were so accommodating about my gluten-free diet, and the food is absolutely delicious! The breakfasts give a lot of variety too. Very convenient to get ground floor room for the dog, and they were so welcoming to him as well. Comfortable room, quiet, and really a great experience overall. We definitely will be back and hopefully soon!

Beautiful grounds, pool and restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious with a practical wet room and separate toilet. The restaurant food was really excellent , possibly one of the nicest meals we’ve had in France , certainly this trip. The staff were friendly and helpful and the surroundings pleasant.

The room was sold as a suite but with no separate space I would call it a large family room.

We thought the hotel would be isolated and very basic. There is a lovely lake within walking distance and the hotel was ideally designed. Everything worked perfectly, the room had good lighting, there was enough storage and the hotel restaurant had great food.

There are no complaints. We were very comfortable and the price was great!

We had gone to this hotel because we were meeting up with our son for three days and the location was perfect for us. We had booked three nights in a double but then we had opportunity to take our son to the train station early in the morning on our last day so we asked on the evening of our first night if we were able to get an upgrade for the next two nights with a sofar bed so our son could stay the last night. Fortunately they did and they looked after us extremely well. The staff were great and we had a wonderful time. Breakfast was very good and had a wide choice.

Pierrelatte is Not exactly a tourist heaven, we stopped by almost by chance and the hotel offered all the comfort we needed at a reasonable price. The restaurant is excellent and the personnel very friendly

No problems with the hotel but quite frankly Pierrelatte is not the most exciting place in the world. Use this hotel as a base to visit the Gorges and Grottes.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Towel service for the swimming pool included and a delicious evening dinner!

Overall pricing, although high quality, for dinner and breakfast a bit too high.

I think its a great hotel for traveling to Spain - and stay for 1 night. I would nt stay here longer for 'vacation' - because the location is not that nice.

absolutely amazing receptionist - really friendly and helpful. checked in early because of the heat and our dog suffering. great room - really big and refreshing. Didn’t use restaurant or pool, but they looked impressive

coffee machine could do with updating - maybe replace it with a Nespresso. Air conditioning again could do with overhaul - needs to be colder and maybe controlled by the guest.

This is a modern hotel with secure parking and nice grounds with an out door pool. Covid regulations are in place. We had a fabulous room very spacious, clean and with a kettle. We had a lovely big terrace to sit out in. The restaurant was busy and the staff attentive. The food was very good and the wine list was extensive. A really good stop over place.

This is a lovely hotel but the actual setting isn't ideal which is no fault of there's . There's no where really to have a walk as it's in a busy spot. It's a shame because otherwise it's an ideal stopover.
