Second time we've been here. Can absolutely recommend. The only problem we had the previous visit was that the staff seemed somewhat aloof. This was not the case this time and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness. The hotel has a great location and a parking garage with parking at a very reasonable price. The location is outstanding. The spa pool is clean and very nice.

The elevator is very small and very slooooow. I think the staff of the hotel suffer much more from it than the guests however. Just an unfortunate feature that was built in the building. The price for breakfast was too high for what was offered,

Fantastic location, beautiful spa, lovely staff, lovely room and incredible view.

The strange tricky breakfast set up. It causes confusion and people bump into each other and boiling your own egg means others take it! And you can’t have your breakfast at the same time as your family as everyone has to keep getting up and down. Needs looked at. The dinner was very disappointing with little choice and not great quality of food.

Comfortable, light and airy room with good bed etc

The only disappointment was that our use of the sea view balcony was often restricted because of next door guests who smoked a lot of the time with tobacco smell blown onto us and inside our bedroom. The balcony & sea view were to be the high point of our 9 day stay. Surprised that a spa hotel with emphasis on health/fitness says o.k. to outdoor smoking.

First impression is that the room and bathroom are spotlessly clean. All necessary toiletries have been provided. Also liked having separate toilet when husband/wife washing at basin. Particularly liked the sink where tea and coffee making facilities were provided. Appreciated balcony for evening drink as the sun goes down. Staff in restaurant excellent, efficient, prompt and helpful.

Hotel corridors exceptionally dark. Poor choice of food for dinner - one night fish in a black rice sauce not to my taste but someone else may love it!

Location is great. It is calm and very clean in general. Excellent service. The pool is very nice

The suite is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children and the sofa/bed is not very comfortable to sleep.

Location and view is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable.

Spa pool looks a little tired, particularly around the steam room. Bedroom wall paper was very cheap looking.

The pool area was lovely and good that our children were able to enjoy the spa at a certain time.. Generally it was nice to experience a bit of luxury which was a great end to our holiday. Wish we could have stayed more than one night

The breakfast at 18 euros per adult was a bit expensive

The staff were super friendly and the room was huge. My 8-year old son enjoyed the salt water pool and the rich breakfast including pancakes. The hotel is very well located within a few minutes walk of everything in the village.

A ‘private’ lesson involving a total of 4 people who used both the pool and the spa area. This prevented the use of the pool for swimming.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast. Amazing spa. Excellent staff who were so polite and friendly. Dinner lovely. Location wonderful. Room lovely with lovely sea view. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Thoughtful extras like a sink for the tea and coffee facilities.
