Nice comfortable hotel a short taxi ride from the airport, (as there are 2 Ibis hotels close to the airport ensure your taxi/uber is dropping you off at the right one). Rooms are a little small however for a nights stopover they were adequate. Nice breakfast in the morning and the shuttle bus back to the airport. For the price it was well worth it and I would use it again.

Very stylish clean room with a full bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. We came late, around 10:45 p.m .and were welcomed with 2 complimentary drinks to enjoy at the bar. Great value for the price of $109 with breakfast buffet in the morning. I can go on and on about breakfast: at least 5 kinds of the freshest French bread, the cheeses, preserves, the best coffee, the butter, the ham, croissants of course! I highly recommend this hotel located less than 3 km from CDG International Airport, especially if You continue traveling the next day after late arrival to Paris.

The room size, it could have been bigger to comfortably fit the luggage in. Also I would appreciate at leat 2 bottles of water to have in the room, so we would not have to buy it in the machine downstairs. It worked only with the coins, which we did not have, so we ended up without the water for the night.

Our stay was very last minute, booked and checked in within 20 minutes because of cancelled flight. Hotel was incredibly close with convenient shuttle (we got a taxi because we were very late) and the staff were very friendly. Checkout was late at 12 noon which was perfect for us as we needed the extra sleep! Bed was big, comfy and there was plenty of outlets for charging devices.

It was disappointing that the vending machine for last minute necessary toiletries contained no version of toothpaste or any other dental hygiene products, and because we were without our main luggage, we were left without. The hotel did not have any back up for residents in a pickle.

The shuttle service back to the airport wasn't for free, but price is affordable. The restaurant doesn't have to many options on the menu.

Our room had three single beds, but it was clearly designed for one double bed at some point. One bed had a lamp attached to the headboard right above it, but was therefore over part of the bed; had to move the pillow to ensure no one bump their head when they rolled over. Three single beds also meant that there was less overall space in the room. Had dinner in their restaurant; food was lovely. Not sure if we needed to book; we were just advised what time they served. Staff cleared our plates as each of us were done eating, rather than wait for the whole table had finished. It felt like they were trying to rush us a bit. We wanted to see the dessert menu, but no one came back to the table. We waited to try and flag a staff memeber, but just left it.

Finding the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is very difficult. Very implicit indications in the message after booking. It’s a large bus, which is quite different from other hotels’ vans, but no one tells you about this. So you have to look at the small signs of each car to identify it. Obviously this can be better. And the shuttle service costs 5 euros from the hotel to the airport, which is definitely too expensive.

No air conditioning due to overload. Staff provided a fan to help but had to leave the window open all night. The room facing street had noise from planes landing all night. We had requested quiet room. A room on the back side would have been better. We travel freqently through Paris and stay near CDG both ways. We used to stay at Ibis roissypole for convenience but a year ago we changed to this hotel! We love the location the village, and the service better! Just too bad for the heatwave this time. We return there 14 August. Everything else perfect!

Issam at reception was terrific. Helpful, understanding made me feel welcome and appreciated like he'd been hoping all day for me to arrive. It was a lovely way to end a long day. The free drink and shuttle were unexpected bonuses. The facility/room was comfortable, good ventilation - LOVE the window, the bed was comfy, shower good sized. The bartender was SO great - she helped me pick out a wine - for my FREE drink even. ANd then helped me open my little bottle to take to the room AND noticed I needed ice and provided it. I previously stayed at the "other" Ibis Styles CDG and noticed that the women at reception were also EXCELLENT. Very attentive and helpful and just made us feel like they were THRILLED to have us there.

The directions to get to your shuttle were not good. Please review them. I was confused on going "up or down" on stairs to the shuttle area. The shuttle area is pretty grungy and I was not sure I was in the right place. The signs to get there "TGV" do not always match the actual signs at the airport.

1. Value for money: we got a really good rate. Imagine, about 80 euro incl. breakfast, for a hotel close to Charles de Gaulle airport and also the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is included. That IS value for money. The other way around you pay a few euro. 2. Free parking at the hotel. 3. Bed quite comfortable 4. Room: not big but adequate in the Ibis tradition. 5. Thermostat that actually obeys to your settings, also if you don't want the room to be overly warm. 6. Friendly and efficient check-in 7. Knowledgeable staff 8. Breakfast: was a buffet that, considering the fact that it was complimentary, really is a breakfast and not just the stereotypical croissant, choc bun and cup of coffee. There were eggs, cold cuts, cheese, a choice of breads, toast, yoghurt, cereals, milk & soy milk, fruit, sweet pastries, juice, coffee, tea and yes indeed also croissants and chocolate buns.

Didn't like is a big word, but some things need to be known for people booking there: In the bathroom the space for the toilet is quite narrow, and when you stand up after doing your necessity, you will probably knock your head to the towel rack, if you're taller than 1.60 meter. Why not hanging it 20 cm higher? The hotel is in a "hotel boulevard" across the A1 motorway. So you need either the hotel shuttle or a taxi (beware: txis charge standard €25 from the hotel to Terminal 2 where also the RER train to Paris starts) or a local bus. The shuttle only goes in the morning and in the late afternoon/evening. This is not so clearly mentioned in the info on Booking.com Other than that, we were very happy with our choice.

The value for money with this hotel is second to none! You can catch the bus from CDG Airport to the hotel for 2€ or take a taxi for 20€. The food options in the restaurant were great and The breakfast was really good! I would highly recommend! Hotel transfer bus doesn’t go all day so check the times and make sure you book for the next day upon check in. Staff were very helpful and lovely. The bed was so so comfy!

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I can really think of is that the hotel only had 1 iron and I couldn’t use it because the other guest still had it. A first work problem really.
