Excellent stopover location... The Kyriad Pontarlier was very good for our travel requirements. Check-in was straightforward with a hotel member of staff. Convenient, secure hotel parking. We had two rooms and both were well equipped and had windows with views. We had a choice of eating places right beside the hotel. Breakfast was good and well organised. We would use this hotel again..

Nothing to dislike...

It was nice and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location easy to find, and it was good to have parking facilities right at the location.

We really had problems with the pillows. They are supposed to be very special, very healthy and good for you..... but we could not the least bit warm up to them. Just a simple pillow would have done the much better job for both of us.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, good tea making facilities, the bathroom was clean, modern and bright. The hotel was quiet with no noise from the other rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The secure parking was also very good.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that the air conditioning unit in the room didn't work however, we slept with the window open which was nice and cool.

Very comfortable beds and super quiet room despite being by a major highway, great value for money for our short stay in between our summer travels, very kind and helpful staff.

The fact that disposable paper cups are available room. It would be better for the environment to have actual glass cups.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, nice clean room, quiet location, hotel situated just off the main road easy to get to. Secure car park with locked gates after 23:00, making our vehicle secure.

We loved this hotel. Its a bit out of town centre but we knew that when we booked it. But it is very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms were a reasonable size, the shower excellent, the bed extremely comfortable, and the breakfast superb. Great value. And there is a very good reasonably priced restaurant adjacent to the hotel

Simple hotel room with all you need for shorter stay. Nice walk-in shower. A lot of parking space for cars. Pizzeria in front of the hotel. Nice big elevator.

Less space at the toilet. I don't like carpets on the floor.

From the moment we walked in the staff were helpful, very pleasant and patient with two very weary travellers who didn't speak the language at all well! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely shower and was clean and tidy. The restaurant/ pizzeria opposite was really convenient and had a good selection of food. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. All in all, a great place for an overnight stop and we will definitely be going back again next year.

Motorcycle trip so overnight stay and perfect for that. Nice modern hotel. Actually there were a number of (civilised!) biker groups staying

Not actually a dislike as such. In a commercial zone so not in middle of Pontarlier.

We always stay at the hotel on our way to Italy. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are always very clean and the shower works very well. The Breakfast is continental and very good.
