Very nice management, dealt with our bicycles in a kind way (stored in an interior courtyard). Comfortable dinner on the outside patio. Inexpensive, located right on the main square, new towels.

Hotel is worn in places (carpets, especially), no ac requiring windows to be open at night with some limited noise.

Really nice old hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room, if a bit dated. The restaurant was the highlight we enjoyed a beautiful meal and a great bottle of wine.

Great welcome at check in, excellent communication prior to arrival. This hotel is in a beautiful location on the main square with lots of free parking outside. We enjoyed drinks sitting outside & then both dinner & breakfast in the restaurant & all at a reasonable price.

Great helpful reception, beautiful large bedroom and bathroom, lots of character. Ordered a bottle of wine for the room prior to arrival. Bed very comfortable, great little coffee machine in the room. Staff friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, we enjoyed the Caesar Salad and the Steak. Before we journeyed on, we enjoyed a good breakfast spread.

I liked everything about this property. Richelieu is a fascinating place. The large church in the square is worth a visit.

We had dinner in the restaurant. My chicken was very dry and overcooked. But my husbands steak was good. They are forgiven because everybody was so nice. 😊

Everything about this Logis, beautiful location, easy parking directly outside hotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff, nice clean room and very good restaurant. Will always stay there en route to Caen. Richelieu is a beautiful town, too.

Lovely hotel full of character overlooking a magnificent square. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this establishment

The location and breakfast were good but the evening eal was very poor.

I ordered chicken for my evening,meal but was given fish which I refused. The waiter then returned with the fish saying that the chicken would take another 20minutes and as my husband had his meal I ate the warmfish

I have been to this hotel many times before and have always enjoyed my stay. Management changes, but it always seems to retain a vey high standard. It’s easy to find and handy for the beautiful park and walks round the town. Delightful Staffa day I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The kettle and coffee/tea facilities were very welcome, as was the fan given the heat when we stayed.

Some noisy guests waiting to use the lift in the lobby area outside our room very late at night, but the hotel cannot be blamed for that.
