Beautiful place, comfortable bedroom and very clean

Unfortunately, the lady in the reception was very nasty because we asked for some plates and glasses to eat something during the night (there is no restaurant in the hotel and it's very far from everything). She had already cleaned at 8PM for the next day and she didn't want us to touch anything

May be good to mention clearly that there is no lunch or dinner possible at the hotel, unless you order it in advance at the reception.

Set in lovely grounds. We spent a relaxing evening on the terrace.

Our room was great but if I was to stay again, I would request a room away from the ground floor as we had to keep our blinds closed due to other guests/staff being able to walk past & see into our room as a path went past our windows.

We had the suite room and it was very clean, spacious, very comfortable, well decorated, and came with amenities! The hotel itself was also very cute, with a dining/drinking room setup that almost made us change our dinner plans! The area is very nice and quiet.

The hotel entrance etc. were not very intuitive to find, and the receptionist only spoke French and forgot to give us several things (our keys being one of them xD). However, it was overall a VERY pleasant stay.

Loved this location. Place was very clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They all spoke English very well. The suite was very spacious. Would definitely stay again! The rooms were decorated very nice and everything seemed new. Beds were very comfortable.

A little hard to find - we arrived late at night and got a bit confused. It had just opened so it probably is better signposted now

A room is a bit simple but clean, spacious and neat. The lounge and breakfast area was superb with all green outside view with fabulous garden. Enough parking spaces should also be admired. The staffs were kind, attentive. Good value hotel!!!

Nothing for me.

The place is immersed in a calming green parc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The winter garden is tastfully furnished and the breakfasts is good. Kind available employees at the desk.

For my taste the pillow was a bit too soft

breakfast provided a great choice and staff were very helpful

no evening meals available so had to go out in evening to try to find somewhere

The setting is nice and calm. The staff is nice. The breakfast was great.

The staff should be better trained as we got some issues while checking out. Maybe organise or encourage a visit to the parc or castle
