The bed was big and comfortable and the room quite spacious. Everything was clean and our room opened up onto the back of the building, so it was very quiet in the morning. The location is very central, the hotel lies right on the edge of the city centre. There is cheap parking available 5 walking minutes from the hotel.

When we arrived, there we had to wait a while at the reception (but the lobby was large and comfortable enough to spend the wait in comfort). It turned out that staff had to manage both the hotel and the restaurant and we arrived just around dinner time so that we were understanding of the circumstance.

The location was great for our needs, we arrived by bike in the pouring rain and the lady in reception was very kind and helpful in getting us sorted under the circumstances. The room was large and perfect for our requirements and we ate in the hotel restaurant, food was lovely.

It was a shame that the rooms were a short walk from the reception but I think this was due to work being carried out at the time rather than a long term situation.

Location is horrible, the city center is terrible! A center in decay....many male asylum seekers on the street....as a woman did feel safe at all as something happened Though hotel and staff are perfect, next time I would avoid the city

The location was good and central. Also the hotel had an excellent restaurant attached to it. The room was perfect; two rooms with a balcony off each and two shower rooms.

The only thing with the room was there were no drawers... for clothing.

The location, near the train station and in the centre of the city, with a parking nearby. The room had enough space and the staff was very helpful.

The rooms were small but very clean and lacking in none of the essentials. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was good plenty of choice staff attentive. Location was ok parking close by. Very pleasant young girl on reception when we arrived.

No air conditioning in the rooms so had to leave the window open which made it noisey at night from people going by.

The wifi. Why can't we connect two or more devices at the same time? And why do have to wait for 30 seconds to get connected on the laptop?
