The staff and service were great. They were very warm, welcoming, and quick. The location is gorgeous, and the view is magnificent. The restaurant is highly recommended as well: for a very reasonable price you get a really special gourmet menu, with high quality wines. Loved it!

The only note to make is that the chalet heated up quite a bit in the sun, and during the night the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Having said that, it was exceptionally hot for the time of the year, so not sure what the hotel could have done to address this.

Amazing boutique-hotel with real luxury concierge service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us tips about restaurants, things to do etc (very surprised cause it was like a truly luxury hotel concierge service). The hotel itself is very small, cosy and very comfy. Beds are good, and amenities are natural soaps sourced locally. You even have an iPad to use during your stay, which was really thoughtful. The pool area is amazing, to chill a bit after a day skiing. Breakfast was good (a bit expensive though) but the quality is high. The location is perfect, very nearby to Megeve and St Gervais, but completely isolated. Perfect to relax and walk around.

The only issue we could improve is the smell coming from the kitchen/restaurant below, that arrives every time to the bedrooms, which is not ideal (even though the restaurant was very good).

Location, mountain view, passion and skills of the crew, very comfortable room and bedding, welcoming and professional. The commitment to the region and its cultural heritage.

All was good. If you are looking for a Spa vacation, it’s not the perfect place, but if you are looking for great mountain views in a splendid and safe location with a Michelin like cuisine and very competent staff and a pool, then you are at the perfect place.

The staff, location, food & room were all excellent. I made a late booking as I was uncertain about my travel arrangements & I absolutely enjoyed my stay. My room was excellent with uninterrupted views of Mt Blanc. I had the tasting menu & enjoyed all the dishes which were presented perfectly & explained to me by young enthusiastic staff in very good English. The food was excellent. This was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have ever had & I am certainly very keen to return.

The only difficulty was driving along & up a narrow road but the reward at the hotel of view, accommodation & food was absolutely worth it.

Second time here, amazing little hotel, very much attention to detail making you feel home. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect to discover the area, going to skiing and also trekking in spring. The indoor pool is amazing for apres-ski. Lot of nice restaurants nearby and also the cozy St.Gervais des Bains The hotel restaurant is also excellent (we tried it during our previous staying). Overall totally recommended! :)

Very nice proprietor, helped us with a broken down motorcycle by making the connection with a neighboring chalet and two friendly Dutchmen who towed the bike to our chalet. The proprietor cooks every night and invites all his guests for dinner on the terrace - met some nice people that way. The chalet sits away from the road in a nice meadow surrounded by trees. We enjoyed relaxing under the trees, having breakfast on the terrace and especially the cool mountain air and the absolute stillness.

I can't remember when I have recovered so much in such a short time. The location, the ambience and the staff played a big part in this. Simply being is very easy in this place. Not to mention the culinary delights with which Romain Desgranges delighted us. The best regional products in the hands of a highly experienced chef and a dedicated crew become an outstanding taste experience here. The view of the majestic Mont Blanc completes the experience. A pleasure for all the senses

Loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Really lovely surroundings, finish, view and facilities along with great setup in the bedroom.

Bedroom was a little on the small side but this didn't bother us as We chose the smallest cheapest room and everything else was really lovely and the bathroom was good spacious size.

incredible views towards Mont Blanc, eye for detail (both in the rooms as in the communal areas), all spic and span, very friendly and enthusiastic staff, good restaurant (also vegetarian options or non alcoholic cocktails) knowledgeable waiters.

smell of cigarettes into our room from other balconies (why not make it a real non-smoking room, and get rid of ashtrays on the balconies). breakfast never went smoothly; staff clearly not happy that we wanted to have breakfast inside (issues with loads of wasps outside two days in a row), had to ask for coffee/tea ourselves. that part of the hotel experience was below par.

The staff are amazing and the views are absolutely incredible. The hotel is beautifully decorated with incredible attention to details, and the commitment to sourcing as much materials and produce as locally as possible is fantastic to see. Would highly recommend all of the food on offer. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing which was superb, with very knowledgeable staff to explain the food and wine throughout. Hope to be back again as soon as possible.
