The Staff at St George Hotel are wonderful. We had some issues with our room and they were dealt with very quickly; TV wasn’t working and When that was pointed out, it was remedied almost immediately. Our room AC unit wasn’t functioning properly for the first night, but that was also addressed promptly when pointed out in the morning. A service person had to come in, but it was fixed by that evening! Also the staff was exceptionally friendly and truly seemed to enjoy hosting our party of 5 across 3 rooms. Also had great bike storage rooms!

At Jean is a small town, so generally pretty quiet, but you can get some street noise if you like to let the fresh mountain air in.

Nice comfortable hotel Not too far from the main motorway. Easy to find. Although the reception was closed when we arrived we were able to contact the hotel manager by telephone who gave us the access codes to the hotel and our room. Good secure parking within the hotel's private courtyard. Comfortable room with good en-suite facilities. Great location and and easy walk into the town. Good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was good and there were not issues at all with our stay.

Easy to find parking courtyard Central, near everything, can walk everywhere. small terrace in the courtyard for a drink. Rooms are large, comfortable, and quite pretty. Slept very well. We arrived on the day of a cycle race so it was very lively full of cyclists recuperating which gave everything a party feel but room floors were quiet. Dog friendly.

It all depends on your expectations but we had no issues and will happily stay there again.

I was on a cycling holiday so this is a great town to stay in with many classic Cols nearby. Great location in the town, close to restaurants and supermarket. Good room, clean, tidy, functional, fridge / mini bar, kettle, air con. Quiet at night and all very good. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel - had porridge in my room instead. Parking good, bike store good and secure with bike racks.

Hotel all good, no issues at all. The town is pretty quiet compared to say Bourg d'Oisans, and mostly closed up on Sunday and Monday so was tough to find food or a meal on those days.

Martine & her team did all they could to make our stay perfect. There was a safe & secure garage for bicycles & a decent sized car park on-site. The room had plenty of storage space & was really comfortable. The was a great selection at the buffet breakfast.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

Really nice hotel in town - despite it being a scorching hot day, the aircon was brilliant, the beds comfortable and the shower great in the morning (perhaps a little more water pressure would be nice, but that is a super small point). The manager in reception was really friendly and made check in and check out very easy. Given that we only stayed one night to drive down to Italy, this was a perfect stopping off point for the night, especially as the town is very pretty at the foot of the Alps.

Didn’t look like much on the outside but was so clean on the inside you could have eaten off the floor. Room was totally updated, breakfast was wonderful, and we made a new friend in Marteen (sp?). Would highly recommend, without reservation.m

Excellent room with comfortable bed and good ensuite bathroom facilities. In town so no problem finding somewhere for an evening meal. Perfect location for a break whilst driving from Tuscany to the UK.

There was a noisy air con in the building opposite. Would prefer a room at the back for a future stay

A minor problem like tv not working was sorted quickly. Always someone of the staff team available to help and a very family feeling, listening friendliness, making you feel inclusive and important. The Saint-George Hotel is a well kept and well run hotel with a happy hard working vibe even when its busy and, when I was there, very hot.

I honestly think you would find it hard to find anything.

Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent coffee, bread, pastries and savouries. There was ample parking; the staff were all exceedingly attentive and helpful, serving drinks, giving restaurant recomendations and offering to hep with luggage.
