The location was great, it was quiet and peaceful yet close to lots of wineries and bigger towns. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, and had perfectly working AC units. The shower was amazing. Both the room and the grounds were extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts went out of their way to accomodate all of our allergies and food intolerances. They also helped us get aquantied with the area and helped make reservations to restaurants. Parking was good and easy in the grounds and the pool was an awesome bonus. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful property, very well situated in the heart of a lovely village. The house is beautiful and the owners have kept a lot of original details that makes the experience authentic and special. They were super helpful with all our questions and needs, and made us a great full breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend if you are a fan of old french buildings.

The mattresses were very soft wich is not a dealbreaker in itself but made my night pretty rough. That's pretty much it for cons.

Dawn and Andy gave us a very warm welcome and were there for us whenever we needed support or advice while travelling around this beautiful part of France. It is clear they run a special establishment

Very nice room in a small village in France. English owners are great. Good wifi. Parking available on site and also on street. Breakfast is mediocre. The house is grand and was renovated by owners. A few things still need attention: no TV in room (if you need it), and not enough electric outlets. Good restaurant nearby, and a river and small lagoons are for swimming if you prefer them to the onsite pool.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hosts Sawn and Andy were fantastic hosts with a great story. They were very helpful with ideas for things to do and places to eat. The kids loved the pool time and the breakfasts were lovely in the large garden. We hope to return someday as there is so much to do in this area.

There really was nothing! It’s a wonderful B&B!

What is not to like about the property?. Firstly Andy and Dawn where the most attentive, warm and accommodating hosts. Even giving us a lift to a wedding in the next town when it looked unlikely to get a taxi. They encouraged to let us know if there was anything we needed. The location was perfect The place was beautifully laid out, they have gone to great lengths to retain the houses magic style. The facilities were spotless. The garden and pool was such a treat to experience. Breakfast was always something to look forward to. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough- we for sure will be returning!

Andy and Dawn are fantastic. Thought we were getting a simple, no frills stopover, but felt genuinely cared for - brilliant local knowledge, comfortable beds, brilliant bathrooms in a beautiful old town house. Only sorry we didn’t have two nights.

The English owners were extremely hospitable and full of useful local information. The bedroom was large and spacious and nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast provided and free parking was available in an enclosed courtyard. The house is perfectly located in a small village with all the regular amenities including a choice of quite different restaurants. An easy drive to Carcassonne airport, and in the opposite direction within a reasonable drive of the coast.

Lovely welcoming hosts Gave excellent recommendations! We had the most delicious dinner out thanks to them. A stunning room and excellent facilities! Breakfast in the garden was a lovely end to our stay.
