We enjoyed the location which was enhanced by the fine weather and the ability to take advantage of the outdoor heated pool and enjoy an evening BBQ. The breakfast room was comfortable and relaxing and nicely spaced and there was a good choice.

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom so of all the nights we were away, we were too hot and did not sleep comfortably. The put-up bed for our 16 year old son was far too small - he would have benefited from a single bed. The lighting in the hallways and bathroom was too low. Attention to some of the paintwork and cleanliness was needed in the toilet and bathroom. Whilst we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ we were misinformed as to the cost and probably would not have paid E150 for 2 adults and 1 child especially as we do not eat seafood so felt this was excessive.

Lovely location with nice spacious rooms and caring staff! Great breakfast but it would have been nice with local produce jam and honey (to make it 10/10) We highly recommend this hotel!

We was told that the dog wasn’t allowed in the restaurant but we saw other guests with their dog during both dinner and breakfast. A dog bigger than our small dachshund.. It was a bit dirty on the bathroom floor and under the bed, our dog found a old sock and some earplugs.. not ours..

Amazing facilities for such a quiet place! Everything is green, surrounded by apple trees orchids. The hotel is in excellent shape, stylish and with a rich breakfast. The menu at the restaurant for dinner and lunch is not extensive but is delicious. The personnel is young and well trained and the owner is very much hands on so you definitely get the best treatment possible. The spa offer is really amazing - we took two different massages and both were at the top. If you are visiting Normandie or just cross it and need a break, do not hesitate and have a little rest here! We were coming from Bretagne, heading to the Netherlands. Very tired after a long drive and difficult traffic. The night spent at the hotel put us in a good shape and great mood to do the other leg to our trip.

excellent property with great views. The staff was extremely helpful and the kids club was added benefit for us as our 5 year old loved it. The staff was very polite and patient as as we speak English and no French at all so at times it took time to use Google translate. The family room was good size and breakfast was delicious as well with good spread. Outdoor swimming pool was temperature controlled and kids loved it.

The coffee / tea in room wasn’t topped up each day and there was no milk just the coffee machine. I am sure if we would have asked for the staff would have arranged.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating to all needs. Great facilities such as ping pong sauna and a perfect pool! Surrounded by greenery, yet well located to reach nearby towns. will definitely be back! Thank you le Jardins de Deauville team 😁

The hosts are a very friendly couple and started this new hotel adventure after years of experience in the high-end leisure branche. The hotel is completely renovated and this is done very well with eye for detail. The style and atmosphere is classy and relaxed at the same time. Breakfast is more than satisfying with a lot of fresh, local products. Staff is very friendly and asks all the time if there is anything they can do to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We enjoyed the pool as well and I'm sure that this hotel will be a success. Deauville is just a 10 min drive.

The hotel is well situated with a big private garden and parking. Just outside the city of Deauville but very well located to go there, 10 min by car. The room was clean and well furnished, bathroom as well and the toilet are separate which is perfect. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a heated swimming pool and a spa which is great to relax and enjoy fully your stay there. There are different activities offered by the hotel and the owners are nice to explain anything you would like to know in details.

A bit disappointed with the breakfast, more choices will be well appreciated, french bread and croissant or pain au chocolat were not enough in quantity and quality. In the hotel room, no information given on which number to dial to call the lobby and any other services within the hotel.

I do not want to write it because we were so happy with our stay….wi-fi connection is super slow, here and there some areas appear need some update …. the gate opening to leave the property is a challenge … all the rest minor not important points

Set just off a minor road approximately 8km from Deauville. A quiet rural setting with a variety of indoor and outdoor space. We loved the heated swimming pool! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet with the option of chrome casting our Netflix onto the TV during a quiet evening in. Staff were extremely attentive, efficient and friendly.

The limited menu for dinner and the price.

The hotel has a lovely gym area which is not even mentioned in the description. Great swimming pool area and a lovely garden. Beautiful room with airconditioning. The staff is really friendly and the service is perfect.

Small beds. Wifi wasn't working that well. Restaurant is nothing special, go have dinner somewhere else. Location is in the middle of nowhere (not a surprise), so to explore Deauville and Trouville you have to go by car.
