Everything was excellent! Gorgeous room, very spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast. Welcoming hosts. Lovely lounge area with refreshments, games and books. I loved seeing the goats and chickens and the little dog! The house is very close to Saint-Pol-De-Leon and Roscoff which are both pretty towns. Obviously very convenient for Roscoff ferries. The coast is 5 mins away by car and the beaches here are spectacular - white sand, rocky headlands. Lots of - mostly flat- walking.

Breakfast was fine. Good to be able to eat at 7,15am so as to catch the ferry. The room itself (Tam) was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with a lovely bed. Great shower! Easy parking.

Well, a fridge would have been nice - and the stairs were a lot to climb up and down - but that was my fault for keeping on forgetting things and having to go down to the car all the time! I had hoped there was somewhere to eat within walking distance, but there wasn't.

Breakfast was simple continental style and was very pleasant. It is a beautiful old house on the edge of Saint-Pol-de-Leon, and only 10 minutes from the ferry port of Roscoff. For us the location was perfect.

The only down side was that there were a number of stairs up to the room, so it may not suit the elderly or infirm.

The room was fantastic, lovely views, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but relaxed, enjoyable and very friendly. The owners were incredibly accommodating and generously welcomed us into their home. Sweet dog too!

We will certainly stay here again as every aspect of our stay was perfect: warm welcome, extra spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. The hosts went out of their way to serve breakfast early as we had to go to the ferry port earlier then planned.

Location on the outskirts of saint pol de Leon was very convenient. Anne and Phillips warmly welcomed us and were aided by their dog Jacques. The room had been beautifully renovated and the bed extremely comfortable. A kettle in the room would be an added bonus for us tea loving people! Proximity to Roscoff for the ferry was ideal.

Location was perfect and the stay was good

Unfortunately we had the room at the top of the house and although this was not a ''non starter'' it did mean it was a bit of a problem for my wife. Which is why I cannot give the top overall rating.

The property was ideal for us. Close to the ferry port, easy walk into town for dinner, good off road parking

The only issue I had was that the room was rather hot. There is no way to partially open the window and it was too windy to have it fully open.

very restful , tastefully decorated, quiet, really comfy bed, heaps of hot water, charming hosts, delicious fruit salad and fresh croissants for breakfast. we also admired the handiwork of the patron.

there wasn’t a thing to dislike.
