It was a very welcoming, clean and good value for money given the location. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, nice toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel lobby had a nice area for kids to colour in which was a nice touch. They had a bike hire at the hotel but as we arrived in the afternoon in peak season they had all been rented. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast also. Nice clean pool… good for kids and adults.

Having to pay 10€ / day for parking was a bit of a pain. There was also a bush near the entrance of the pool that was swarming in wasps which scared my kids quite a bit.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a breakfast which was very good. We also paid extra to park the car securely. It was about a 15 minute car ride to St Martins where most of the shops and restaurants were located. All the rooms were around a pool which looked very good.

We had a lovely stay. The room was a good size, comfy beds. good shower, very friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was very pleasant. It’s possible to rent bikes at the hotel (which we didn’t have time for — next time!) and parking is available outside for free (if you find a space) or inside at a charge.

Weak, erratic wi-fi but that is probably an area issue rather than the hotel.

From staff to facilities, this hotel has everything you require while visiting the island. The swimming pool was a decent size. Love the Room with the little kitchenette and living space. Nice one. Will definitely recommend.

On street car park was a challenge unless you pay €10 per day.

A super find on the island ! The staff were friendly upon check in and the room was spotless. We could not have wished for a better place to stay. Breakfast the following morning was more than enough to keep us going until we reached our holiday destination. Fully recommend this hotel

Great place for families with a kid friendly pool and a playground. Room had a fridge and a small dining table which allowed for us to have our own breakfast in the room. (We did not try the hotel breakfast.) Rooms are overall good with a small terrace.

The only negative is that the hotel is located far from "everything". So, a car (or bicycle) is necessary for everything, including going to beaches and bakeries.

The breakfast isn't great - selection is poor - it is self service and topped up by a 1 person who could t keep up with the demand. it felt like we were being rationed by the waiter who didn't seem to enjoy his job

The staff from Stephanie to the cleaners all exceptional Stephanie was very welcoming helpful and ready fir a laugh a great asset to the place

The wifi did not reach our accommodation no 28 but we went to sit out side near reception

Checking in was unbelievable complicated and time consuming. There was a guy in front of me who hasn't obviously not booked over booking. It took unbelievable long! Even for me, I booked over booking.com it took very long. I am traveling a lot but that was one of the slowest check in I ever experienced. Simply unacceptable. Rooms were partly pained in pink, not a huge fan...

Would have been better if one could take a drink beside room More tea bags in the room The ‘take out’ food was not appetising - we had the vegetable tagine and it was not nice at all. Sorry!
