Summer stay. Quaint hotel, ideally located in the heart of the town. Room was small, but bed comfy and pillows lovely. Balcony for two people a nice touch. The pool is small, but great for a refreshing dip and the jacuzzi is excellent. Lovely garden to relax in. Staff are just amazing; so helpful and friendly. Electric car charger (fast 3 phase)...pricey, but a God send in this mountain location, saves travelling back to sallanches. Didn't eat so can't comment, but menu and dining room looks fab. Outdoor dining possible.

Curtains in bedroom completely inadequate, but there are shutters so no big deal unless you want to leave window/door to balcony open.

Great location in the village. Lovely staff. Great views across the valley. Very good cocktails. Comfortable bed. Great Wi-Fi. The corner kitchen in the room is a good idea although we didn’t need to use it.

There is an EV charger but no control over who parks in front of it so we weren’t able to use it in two days. There are faster chargers nearby in the village so not a big issue but a missed opportunity. Our heated towel rail didn’t work and there was a lot of black mould in the bathroom. We’d just finished walking the TMB and fancied a bath as there is one in the bathroom but the maximum temperature from the hot tap is pretty tepid and the bath is short so it wasn’t a relaxing experience.

Lovely comfortable hotel in an excellent position. Ski bus stop opposite the hotel.

Great facilities, outdoor covered swimming pool & hot tub which were unfortunately not in operation due to heating costs. Couldn't get dinner on a couple of evenings as fully booked.

Hotel was perfect we were in a lodge which had a kitchen which came in handy due to lack of restaurants. We were able to get take away. Lovely fire in the bar where you could enjoy a few drinks after skiing. Bus right outside door that took to to ski lift but a lovely walk if you missed the bus.

Free parking, good location near town, quiet, garden with sun loungers, balcony, comfortable mattress. Breakfast nothing special but fine. Would return.

Dated bathroom with bad shower screen that leaked all over floor. No aircon or fan in room so hot for sleeping in summer.

Room was beautiful. Pool was not bad, but unfortunately the hamam and fitness were in a different building and walking outside through the cold from building to building is not optimum- still, we knew this when we booked it. Good value for the breakfast, great service. Nice staff.

Beautiful mountain hotel with very kind and available staff. Elodie is amazing. Perfect position to visit the area. Large and comfortable rooms tasty breakfast with a good selection. A very good restaurant to taste the specialities from Hautes Savoy. Highly reccomended.

Our room was a good size. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The hotel was in a great location just at the edge of the town but it was quiet at night.

The smell of cheese in the evening from the hotel restaurant was sometimes a little overpowering but otherwise it was great and it would not put me off returning again.

Location & charm.

The swimming pool wasn’t open which was the reason we booked it. The website says there’s an indoor and outdoor pool and the indoor one is open. This wasn’t the case, there is only 1.

A fantastic place to stay in Samoëns: centrally located, with very nice hosts helping with every need. The swimming pool is a nice addition, especially in the summer. I will definitely be coming back!
