- quiet area even if close to the highway - nice and clean pool, which I found somewhat difficult to find with other hotels in the environment - pleasant and varied breakfast - friendly personell, but I didn't 'test' their multi-language abilities

- they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms, but not all rooms are done so far. (2023-07) - I would REALLY recommend to get in touch with the hotel and ask if they can give you one of the renovated rooms.

good Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. We didnt get to use the pool, but the restaurant overlooks a good sized pool The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on a transit stop, but would definitely come back to visit the area to explore more.

No in room coffee/ tea making. Have to go down to the restaurant. Minor issue only. Only 1 bedside table per bed. could be better with one each side.

The staff was very friendly, were sincerely interested in us and made us feel very welcome. The ones who spoke English did so (we hardly speak French), and the ones who couldn't speak English tried and did their best. Much apreciated!!! The facilities are what you expect of a hotel, but the food in the restaurant (diner and breakfast) exceeded our expectations by far!

We were looking for a one night stay as a midway stop between Italy and Belgium. This was really a very nice hotel for not that much money! The breakfast was definitely worth the price with a lot of options and everything was fresh and nice. It seemed like the surrounding area was also worth visiting but we didn't have the time for that.

Just have to say this place is a little gem for the price of accommodation. Hotel Excluse 34 is very convenient for the motorway but has a lovely canal side location. We didn’t have time there to enjoy an attractive covered pool area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming despite our only stopping 1 night. Alright, the room isn’t large but is very comfortable with adequate bathroom. The breakfast was just great with both hot and cold choices and the evening meal was way better than we expected and really very good. Bottom line is we would love to stay again another time.

The bedroom wasn’t large but for a night or two this wouldn’t be an issue for us.

The hotel's location for a stop off is excellent as it's very close to the motorway. We made use of the hotel pool and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel supplied towels for this. The hotel is right next to the canal path. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good.

This simple but efficiently run hotel is perfect for a dog friendly stopover. Very close to Saverne autoroute junction, and nice canal side walks for the dog. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, also serving a great breakfast. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel also has a very good indoor pool

The hotel is comfortable and clean and the restaurant offers excellent food at a reasonable price. The location is quiet and peaceful whilst being convenient for the Autoroute. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We stayed twice, the first time we arrived on Sunday and it was disappointing not to be able to get dinner as the restaurant is closed that evening.

Staff very friendly, the meal in the hotel very good and a fixed three course meal for 19 euro's. plenty of parking and a very nice pool 40 minute walk to nearest town.

Rooms are very small ,no lift if on first floor.

I was there for one night. Did a cycling tour. The hotel is great located. Delicious breakfast and a super restaurant. For me it was the perfect choice to stop. I recommend this hotel and will come back when I’m near.
