Very good facilities, secure garage nearby, rear entrace to property, very comfortable bed, lots of nice touches in the very clean room (eg good quality monogrammed towels in bathroom) and hotel (eg chess set and piano in comfortable lounge area). Good breakfast (maybe the apricots were straight from the tree in the courtyard?) Location perfect for town centre stroll to look round and for restraunts. Good recommendations from monsieur for restaurants. Good place to stop on way to the Pyrenees.

A minor point. A bolster cushion across the top of the bed seemed hard to move but was a little in the way of sleeping on the main cushion.

Very clean comfortable room. Extremely helpful, friendly and thoughtful manager. There was a real sense of history about this hotel, with many famous faces associated with it. The author Paul Coelho spent two years living here because it is close to Lourdes( where he liked to spend New Years Eve) and the heating is good!

Unfortunately our EV didn't charge although the owner was very kind and helped us plug in etc but it wasn't a proper echarger. Pity, because everything else was so great.

Friendly people and a very comfortable room. First impressions of the hotel are not particularly great as the foyer and corridors could do with a refresh but money has clearly been spent on bringing the rooms up to scratch. A good size with interesting decoration, a comfortable bed, kettle/drinks and a fridge/minibar. Modern bathroom which again was a good size.

The breakfast was a bit weak with a good variety of bread items with butter/jam but not much else. A small selection of ham, cheese and eggs would transform it.

This is a classic hotel with charm in a lovely 19th century house..shuttered windows and a peaceful courtyard with wisteria at its heart. Although in the middle of town, it is quiet and relaxing (and has parking). They have the right balance of pristine 21st century facilities, with immaculate bathrooms. The staff are helpful and informative. It is a delightful place to stay for a few days. Classic continental breakfast available.

Nothing really. It was all very easy.

Though the hotel is in an old building, the rooms and bathrooms have been fully modernized with nice design elements. Everything is super clean, and the bed is very comfy. The location is perfect for walking around the city center and going to restaurants and bars. Very good value for money. (Note that parking in the hotel's garage is not free, but parking on the street is free from Saturday afternoon through Sunday.)

We arrived during a day of heavy rain...as bikers. We were soaked but the hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. The rooms had everything we needed to dry our gear and was very comfortable. I'd happily stay here again!

Entireley renewed room with modern decoration. Very comfortable bed. Great bath. They offered to keep my bike in the patio and even offered a lock for my peace of mind. Perfect location. Walking distance from downtown and train station. Safe neighborhood. We found free parking spaces in the street next to hotel both nights.

Details : Run out of coffee and soap. Was fixed immediately.

Nothing could have been improved. It's definitely the best hotel in Tabres.

It was a great but brief stay. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was old world style, clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge.

The secure parking which was great but was some way off from the hotel.
