Very clean and well located. Very clear indications to get to the accommodation. Easily to find. Easy and quick contact with the owner. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Washing machine on site is a plus.

Just not easy to get the suitcases on the last floor ;). Some chairs and hooks are missing for having a dinner/breakfast with enough space and the towels to dry, especially when you're more than 4. The kitchen is enough for a quick and simple breakfast. Wifi wasn't working. And maybe mention in the description if whether or not soap is available on site. Cleaning dishes was not easy.

Pleasant hotel with great staff who are efficient, friendly and genuinely care about your comfort. Parking was easy in the bays right outside and free until 9am. We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the third floor at the back of the hotel where we were undisturbed all night. The room was a little spartan, but had everything we needed and was excellent value for money. Would definitely return here.

Staff communication was excellent. Safe space for our bikes. Comfortable bed with lovely view over the park.

Due to renovations the buffet breakfast was unavailable. This was the only problem. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The design of the room is very minimal, it does not really impress as such, but this is overall not an issue as the price is reasonable. However there are hotels of the same price range which have a bit more elaborate style. The room does indeed cover all your basic needs, but it does somehow lack a visual coziness.

We got the superior double room with nice view over the park and a bathtub, nice size room, comfy bed, convenient location with public parking in front (free between 7pm-9am and on public holidays). I forgot my ring in the room, they found it and called me, we're nearby so came back to get it, super happy.

Second time we came to this hotel, good location on walking distance to the city center and good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Paid parking right in front of the hotel and free parking 100 meters further. Nice view on a small park in the middle of a vibrant city. I had a 3 bed apartment with my two adolescent kids which was big enough. Toilet and shower room were separate which was very convenient.

The location is great, didn't try the breakfast. The personal was kind and overall the room was clean and comfortable.

The layout of the room made entry a bit difficult, since the bathroom doors got in the way.

The room I got was on the 6th floor and thus has a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is recommended.

There was not a door for the bathroom in the room, which might be an minor issue for some.

Located across from a park, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. My room was spacious, clean , quiet and comfortable with a nice view of the park.
