Very friendly reception, suffered my poor French and spoke good English. Proximity to the motorway is excellent. Room very clean and comfortable and was allowed an early check in. Breakfast was very good and welcomed. Plenty of parking.

The restaurant wasn’t open which I didn’t find out until after I’d booked, unfortunately due to being very low on petrol I couldn’t drive anywhere else but luckily for me there was a pizza van in the village that evening.

I have stayed at this hotel before so I knew what to expect the only thing that was different was that the restaurant was out of action, which was a pity because I have had many good meals there over the past 18 years, having lived in the village previously.

The lack of a restaurant,an alternative venue is offered but it's a mile away and not an easy walk,so you have to drive to it.

we have stayed here before and it’s always very comfortable and the food is excellent. we seem to have double booked this trip by mistake but because of the language barrier it was difficult to converse. the owner did however try his best to help us.

we obviously arrived right in the middle of restoration and re decoration of the hotel. so it wasn’t as comfortable as it normally is. there were workmen as well working. I wished they had told us that this was going to be the situation.

Perfect location for a stop off on our way to Spain. Lovely spacious room. There is also a restaurant on site where you can get an evening meal. Short walk to the village where there is also food available. Very nice breakfast in the morning before we left.

Rooms were spacious with superb air conditioning and black out blinds. Very clean. A second pillow is always welcome as are the Tea & Coffee making facilities. Though not needed in August there were extra blankets available in the wardrobe. We chose the €28 (3 course) dinner menu at the hotel and it was superb The waiter couldn't have been more helpful or patient.....top marks to him. Hotel de La Tour is only 3 minutes from the motorway but is well worth a visit. Superb value all-around!

Airco, cleanliness, view of the tower, friendly welcome and owner, great breakfast. The owner arranged dinner for us in advance at their other wonderful restaurant beside a nearby lake (since all local restaurants were closed). We loved the lake and the restaurant too. Just what we needed after a long drive.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel.Staff very pleasant location and views very pleasant. Sadly the restaurant was closed ! Luckily we were directed to brasserie MaryMax a couple of kilometres away. What a lovely place situated by a lake, great food, reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful. Well done !
