Great location. We are a family of 5 visiting Paris, we had 2 adjoing rooms. Staff were helpful. Spoke excellent English. Great breakfast. Parking available in the carpark and on the street. Felt very safe and good food just a walk away to fit with any budget.

Just a little niggle. Had to take our own dirty cups out of the room to change daily. Had to ask for coffee sachets and milk. Cleaning staff appeared to do the bare minimum which is fine but as we were there 5 days would have been nice to have had the carpets vacuumed.

4* buffet breakfast. No one-use plastic :-) Gym 15kg dumbbells with water cans. Quiet room, quality Egyptian cotton bedding. Bedroom air-conditioning perfect. Quiet and actually made the room the temperature that was set :-) Friendly staff Everywhere clean

Shame mattress was so very SOFT. Having an option of a firm mattress would be perfect. Bathroom light was in the bedroom which meant waking up the other person when putting the bathroom light on during the night! Please please put the bathroom light switch INSIDE the bathroom. €15 for car parking! It's FREE directly outside the hotel on the road

Very clean, extremely helpful staff, huge parking spots for your vehicle. Easy access to Centre via T6 and then M13 or M6 (Eiffel Tower) but you need some time for that.

Breakfast should be avoided after 08:30 due to possible use from groups. Breakfast could be improved by replacing coffee machines with new ones.

Room energy , design , colors , not boring serious or antique style , more modern

Location was great and the hotel was compact. Breakfast was rich with many kind of ingredients and bakery products such as croissants and pains au chocolat. They clean your room regularly and the room was always in a good temperature. The staff was really nice to us. I generally prefer to stay at this hotel during my visits in Paris.

Parking place is very narrow and it is really hard to control a car inside. If you have a SUV or a big sedan, you could have some problems inside the parking area.

We were a big group using big bus, stayed 3nights here, Cleanlines, spacious room for family with children, value of money Delicious n fresh free breakfast for all were a great bonus, nice stay, thank u IHG group..

Because we (big groups) came with big bus, so location was fine compare to city centre and public transport, plus close to big mal and auchan big supermarket, so very convenient

Clean and comfortable, morning staff were friendly and attended to my request professionally and efficiently. Breakfast was lovely first time to cook an egg in A microwave! Was fun.

Very far from touristic areas When i asked the receptionist in the evening 'Joe' of what is there to do here. He simply replied by 'nothing, but there is a mall!' then I asked about transport, he did not bother himself at all to explain how to get to the touristic sites. I cancelled one day and the manager did not even wonder or question why. Continuous client satisfaction and reasons should be enquired of inorder to provide a good service.

Hotel is nice, clean and suitable for business travelers. Room was big enough, comfortable and clean. easy access to roads and highway. Walking distance to shopping area and restaurants.

Entrance and exit from parking area - typically french - extremely small. Pay extra care when using parking ;)

The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day,, providing us with supplies and fresh towels. breakfast is very good. the best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly, helpful employees especially Aurelie, she is awesome!

The location, even though it's near the Velizy 2 mall, it's very far from everything else, nothing you can do about this though unless you can move the Eiffel tower closer :)
