I was satisfied with the hotel, the room was really nice, clean, comfortable, the breakfast was also good. The staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient when you want to stay near the airport, I arrived late in the evening, so I stayed there for one night. The hotel has its minibus service, they transport you from and to the airport for free. The only confusion I had was because I had no information on the way you call them to pick you up (at least that's the method at the late hour when I arrived), but then I asked a bus driver at the bus station and he helped. There's a massive pole across platform 5 (terminal 2 I'm talking about), at the bus station, with the sign Hotelbus and on the back of the pole each airport hotel has its button, you choose your hotel and call them, they check your booking and in 10 minutes they send their minibus to pick you up. I didn't get info on this previously and the difficulty was that there was a construction area right where that pole stands, normally you wouldn't go near the pole as it was on the other side of the fence that surrounded the construction area, so some info could be provided on that by the hotel when you book. Anyway, this was a minor thing, the hotel and its services are really good.

Very close to the airport, shuttle to the hotel and to the airport was very quick. The breakfast was really good with some nice touches such as a very good quality loose tea option from Le Palais des Thes. The gluten-free bread was good. The employees were very nice, very welcoming, and very helpful so well done!

The cleanliness of the room, mainly the curtains and the carpet quite old and damaged so even if the room was clean, it did not give a good impression.

The hotel was near airport. Staff were exceptionally nice especially the shuttle bus driver. I left my wallet in the hired car the day before we were due to depart and he will was extremely helpful is helping to retrieve my wallet.

The aircon-I could not sleep due to the lack of aircon in the room. Shuttle bus has restricted hours and does not run until 6am. As an fyi Taxi to airport (approx. 10mins away) is about €30.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. Proximity to the airport was excellent

The room was very hot and being a ground floor room with no window restrictor, it was not possible to open the window all night.....but otherwise, very good

Small but good pool. Good budget hotel for overnight stay close to the airport.

Restaurant - Poor food selection and it's strange that no one in the restaurant can speak a word of English. I wanted to look at the menu and the lady brought me olives. I thought MENU was an international word. Then she shot me a beer from half a meter high and was surprised that it was all foam. :-))) Funny restaurant.

The rooms are big and clean! They are not the newest but have everything for a good stay. The included breakfast was very good and the free shuttle service from and to the airport are a big plus.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, generous breakfast. The shuttle service is super helpful.

They forgot to put the baby cot in the room before we arrived - it was a small inconvenience after a long day of travelling but they quickly sorted it.

Everything was pleasant and perfect🙂 I also had additional information from staff regarding the correct terminal, I was about to go to the wrong one and was redirected to the right one by a lovely lady doing the navette. She knew where my flight usually goes from. That saved me a leg, thanks to her 🙂

The restaurant in the place is phenomenal, forget the terrible food in Ibis you get in the UK! lovely large room, comfy bed and there's a swimmingpool :)

the bathroom was a bit outdated and i have noticed most the other rooms had new bathrooms, but anyway it was clean and functional!
