Complimentary tea was in the room. Air conditioning. Blinds in the windows. Well insulated from traffic noise. Close to a restaurant area. Room was of new design and furniture in good condition. Parking on site (unfortunately no cover for motorbikes).

The hotel served draught beer in the evening, care of the reception staff. When I asked a beer, the employee filled the glass only halfway and gave it to me. I was waiting for the rest and I had to ask to get a proper filling. Even this way, the level never reached the filling line. Disappointing, since the price was for a full glass and I had to repeatedly ask to get it.

As I got in the room a cool breeze with a very pleasent soft smell struck me after almost 10 hours of driving with three toddlers in the car. It helped a lot. The two rooms were well connected, the bed was heavenly and the sheets very soft. All the staff were very polite and ready to help. The breakfast was an example how a breakfast should be done.

I think the person in charge to clean forgot the second WC and the floor. But it was fine, as we had two bathrooms.

Everything. Staff extremely friendly, helpful. Parking was easy and free. You can pull up in front of reception to check in, location perfect to town, train station. Comfortable bed.

Our second key card had to be programmed each time we came back to room. Room was quite small but we only had carry on luggage so was okay. If we'd had bigger suitcases it might have been a problem.

We appreciated first the very friendly and helpful staff, they made my son so happy although he/we were so tired after a long road. The location is great, you can have a good dinner at the restaurant nearby. The parking is private and safe, the room was clean & nice, and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning we had a GREAT breakfast. Thank you!

This hotel is very modern, it's quiet and the rooms are a good size with very good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a good size and very clean. There is private parking at the rear of the hotel which is covered by CCTV. The receptionist was very helpful and she and the hotel had a very calm and competent feel, as if nothing would go wrong, nothing was too much trouble and everything was in hand, which was true but it was good to feel it. The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit, very nice breads and excellent coffee.

Nothing really, but might have been nice to have evening meal in the hotel but there are many, many local restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk that this didn't matter.

The hotel was in an excellent central location.

The parking was very convenient, but the restaurant and reception rooms were so cold we were forced to wear coats at the table. The staff said they were not able to increase the temperature of the heating. A pleasant relaxed meal was consequently cut short. In other respects the hotel ticked most of our boxes!

Free parking at the location; 24h reception; Breakfast starting at 6:30; It allows you to start the day right in the early morning. Located near the city centre, next to a very nice park.

On the secondary facade, in front of the secondary entrance, there is a smoking/chatting place. If it happens to stay near or above this place you feel the smoke entering your room and hear the talking. All this could be reduced by closing the window.

One of the more modern Kyriads which has been delightfully upgraded. Nice and clean rooms and selection of food from the restaurant on site (not owned by the hotel, run independently). Private and gated parking was very welcome for free.

Location was not central but otherwise was good.

Bedroom.was a great size with comfortable bed and pillows. Ensuite was small but well equipped. Lovely almost new decor and linens. Fabulous park view. A quiet clean room in an excellent located hotel. Short walk to restaurants. Excellent secure outdoor parking.

Great location a short walk from the town centre. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. But most of all friendly and helpful staff who were super nice to my six year old son.
