Breakfast was really good, Staffs are really good and helpful in arranging the cab and other requests. A good stay for the family will look forward for next year for the visit.

Room Service should have been for moving the luggage during the check in and check out. Safe Locker is not working in the room and they didnt fix it on my whole stay.

Me and my partner came to Georgia for the first time and this was a great first skiing holiday for us as a couple. Pkiria and Teona helped us immensely with recommendations, finding ski gear, reservations for the sauna and massages, taxis and helped with taking out ski gear back to the rental shop. We loved their eagerness to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a very early check out so they even made us lunch boxes because we were going on a long drive to Kutaisi. Thank you very much for your kindness and willingness to have the most pleasant memory of Best Western and Gudauri. Thank you Maia for our relaxing massages! Best Western team, many thanks once again! You guys are wonderful.

Unfortunately the sauna broke so we couldn't make the most of it on our last days but we were happy with our stay anyway because the hotel staff was kind and helpful, as much as they could.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant's Indian Food was amazing. Great value for money, considering its proximity to the ski resort. The hotel overall was also modern and well maintained.

The location means that it's hard to walk to any businesses and their shuttle ends at 5:30pm so you really need to stock up in Gudauri village before 5:30pm and have dinner at the hotel restaurant or take a Bolt (30 GEL) home. There can be a slight wait for the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning as well, particularly if you're leaving at peak times. Overall, I was grateful that they had the shuttle though and had no serious issues with it.

Cosiness and hospitality, especially of the restaurant(open until 22:30).Variety of tasty options at breakfast was a pleasant bonus(only downside was an absence of brewed coffee,but you can order it from the bar as extra). Also proximity to the pists with included 5 minute transfer (kindly ask reception/driver for a lift to new Gudauri,it might take longer at busy time 10AM).Sauna/roof top hot bath tube could be booked for your convenience (make sure to do it day before).Ski storage is also available. Hotel arranged a transfer from/to international airport at reasonable price with a reliable driver.

In general good option for paid money.However there are several improvement opportunities: -room was not soundproof, we've heard neighbours talking (bring along earplugs) and noise from common corridor -in-room fridge was out of service,no electrical cable -we were lucky to have windows at backyard,as front is towards the heavily busy road loaded with trucks.

We got a family/connecting room. The lights in the bigger room were not enough and it was warm white so even with everything turned on we could not see our things properly. During checkout, my sister accidentally forgot sweaters inside the wardrobe and when we called to ask, they said only 1 was there and they insisted on that. When we complained and ask for an investigation why they would only declare 1, when we are sure there was at least 2 of them, they got back to us the day after that there were 3 sweaters. Not sure who took it but surely there was someone who did because why would they say it was only 1 the first time. Still thankful they did what was needed to have them all returned to us.

- Our apartment was simply the best. A very unique corner apartment one of the kind for the whole hotel: on the top floor with two full glass walls allowing a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. We were very lucky to get such as we booked a regular apartment, not a suite or anything. - Pretty new and modern hotel. - Good restaurant with local dishes and great white house wine. We were serviced quite fast as well.

- Heavy tracks road from Tbilisi to Russia is right under the windows so the 24x7 noise is significant even with windows fully shut. - Bathroom seems to be made for lilliputians, it’s not just tiny with no shower door so the full room get wet when showering but also the shower head is fixed at the height of 1.7m so you have to bend to get under it. - A hotel is a bit aside from any civilization and there is no path to get anywhere by foot, you have to take a car/taxi otherwise you will walk in the mud along the rattling heavy tracks - not a very pleasant experience. - Breakfast is rather limited and always the same. - Limited selection of ski equipment on site with the equipment not in a good condition (our boots were wet and dirty).

Lovely room, balcony, and they have a restaurant on the lobby level.. we ate indian food there. It was a bit pricey but the taste was amazing! Friendly staff and good view from balcony. Bathroom had bidet which was good for us being Muslims. Good experience.

There's construction happening on the side. Nothing major but yeah it depends which room you get. We had to ask for halal options during breakfast and staff werent very familiar. I wish they had separate halal food to cater to muslim visitors. No nightlife. Maybe a sheesha lounge/ cafe after sunset would be good.

Cute hotel, small but nicely managed. The location is also great. Not far from the slopes and markets. The staff do an amazing job. Very professional and relaxed despite how busy the hotel is. I like that they have a ski rental just behind the hotel, very convenient. The guys there helped us find an instructor too so it was really good. The lady at the reception was nice and patient. Dimitri at the restaurant is an excellent staff that deserves 6 stars if not more. Nice experience overall. The Jacuzzi was a plus to everything else. Great airport transfer service with good quality limousine.

- The rooms are not soundproof 😩 At night we could hear other guest flushing their toilet, talking in the corridor. - It's such a pity that the hotel did not really invest in good beds and pillows. They are very uncomfortable, especially after a long day of skiing. Sad. - The menu at the restaurant is limited. Missing some of the well known Georgian dishes like dumplings 😩 - The housekeeping should be improved. Not replacing towels that are already put on the floor. They just hung them back.

staff were excellent 10/10, rooms were comfortable, facilities were amazing like the dry sauna and outdoor jacuzzi

balcony lights should be controlled by the guest, but you're unable to turn them off. breakfast could have been improved with brewed coffee rather than instant sachets
