The hotel is really well designed, I had feeling I was in an old place with cuban elements, where tradition and modernity are meeting. the room had only window on the ceiling, but from the bath it was perfect. the amenities are really high quality, in room there are mini bar, coffee machine and so on.

when you are coming out from the hot tub it can happen that the water can drop out, so with it you have to be careful, as it can come down to the side of the bed. the interior is really nice, but if you are working on remote and have to work on computer, there isn’t really a lot of space, you have to move things from table and sit like that.

The interior design of this cozy boutique hotel has been crated by a person with impeccable taste! Central location in the heart of old Telavi made pleasant walks to all major landmarks possible. The breakfast was delicious and just beautiful to look at. We were there in the winter, so will be definitely returning here sometime in the summer to enjoy the wonderful pool area.

The only downside was the poor quality of their coffee and selection of wine.

This hotel had a unique layout to it. When you come in, you walked through curtains to a common area. The employees of the hotel are friendly and helpful. Our room was huge. We were very happy at first glance of the size of the room and the amenities. The bed was super comfortable. We could hav slept forever in that comfortable bed and the blackout curtains.

The WiFi here is terrible. To get a signal. I would have to go to the lobby. This was not ideal or enjoyable. The bathroom. The water was cold unless you turned the dial to an exact point. And that exact point had very little water pressure. So it was either get good water pressure and freeze or get low water pressure and heat. The shower curtain was old and tattered. It didn't keep water in the actual shower so after the shower the floor around the bathroom was flooded.

Fantastic restaurant and really characterful, attractive and ‘cool’ property. Lovely pool area. Amazing location - central but quiet street (which was really pretty). Dinner was delicious and the staff at dinner were really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was only served from 9am which is unusually late - and in practice, most of the food was not actually brought out until 9:30. On our final day there was a full restaurant of guests at 9:30 still waiting for bread to be brought out. The bathroom seemed badly designed and flooded every time the shower was used. The Wi-Fi did not reach into our room (we had to stand right next to the door).

The hotel is located right in the middle of town, just a short walk away from the Giant Plane Tree. The room and the bathroom were squeaky clean and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in the room with the balcony - really pretty! Great amenities, with a coffee-maker in the room, and a tiny pool on the premises.

The lighting was a bit dim in the room. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied for the price - the one in the Communal Hotel Sololaki (in Tbilisi) was a huge spread, in contrast to the one here. I'd recommend you stay here, but have breakfast elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic staff, specifically the frontman, went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. +2 points extra because of him. We were greeted with celebatory wine for our anniversary which was also - great gesture. Gorgeous hotel with very cozy room. Well equipped with all the basic necessities. Nice balcony and interesting art. Location was also fantastic, with parking available.

Pillows were absolute garbage. Could not properly sleep, kept waking up because of them. Bed didnt have any header it was directly in front of wall, so take care, cause you might get concussion quiet easily. The water pipe system was also not great, you can hear toilet flushing/ person showering in room above quiet clearly. Breakfast was tasty but quiet small variety. No slippers, toothpaste, robes. And the last but not least - the "fresh" towels had stains on them. Overall, throw away pillows and towels, get proper ones and the rest would not matter at all, it would be solid 10/10.

As two friends, we booked a suite with one of us sleeping on the sofa bed, made up to a very comfortable bed in its own right. The room, dining/kitchen area and shower room were all gorgeous and facilities were great. Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. And the location, and the building itself, couldn't be beaten.

The music in the restaurant was far too loud! I had high expectations for this restaurant but ended up slightly disappointed because the menu didn't have especially interesting vegetarian options (plus that music ...). Some of the staff were fantastic, but this wasn't universal, some seemed a bit forgetful and absent-minded. For an upscale option, which this is, you have high expectations which weren't always met. And we really weren't demanding!

We stayed here for a night while doing a wine tour in Kakheti. We loved the decor of the room! As it was not the peak season, we thought we were the only ones in the hotel that night, but there was another couple at breakfast the next morning, so we apparently we were not alone. The guy at reception looked like he wanted to be somewhere else and couldn't wait for 5PM so he could leave. There was not one at the reception after that, so it felt strange. The hotel was located on a street with houses with beautiful balconies. The breakfast spread was lovely!

The heater in the room was cranked up to high and we couldn't find the control. It got too warm that we decided to open the windows. Would have been nice to have gotten some help with the heater but there was no one around.

The room I stayed in was lovely with a nice terrace. The swimming pool is a plus. The staff helped me with everything I needed like booking a taxi back to Tbilisi. The food served at the Doli restaurant is mouth-watering. Good breakfast. Excellent location in the historic center.

The breakfast buffet was missing some spoons/forks to take the food. The staff is efficient and courteous, but perhaps coming from a Latin culture I expect a few more smiles.

Really good breakfast and super friendly staff! The hotel is very unique and had a great vibe. We stayed in the larger rooms on the first floor which were very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool area was also very nice to hang out at. Could also recommend eating at the restaurant!

The only annoying thing with our stay was the water pressure in the showers. Took a very long time for the water to become warm, and the pressure was close to nothing at times.
