The apartment was very nice and clean. It was perfectly sited for the town center. There was a problem with the television remote not working and after sending a message about it, there was someone there within 5 minutes (exceptional). There was a lady came in twice during our 9 day stay to change the towels and empty the bins. There was a cooker, fridge and dishwasher.

There was just 2 things that I thought could be improved on. 1 - There were only the two straight back chairs from the table to sit on (2 small armchairs would be good to relax in for watching TV) and 2 - Instructions for using the kitchen equipment and how to get the boiler to heat the water would have been very useful.

Really spacious and clean room. The hotel is located in the centre of the town and it's nice there was a parking spot just in front of it.

The check in was online. Although it was easy to get it done, I'd have preferred speaking to a person.

Feeling like at home. The guest can get 10% discount in restaurant Rosmarie downstairs. This Restaurant is also popular by locals.

But I didn’t know that the warm water is cooking by Calorifier and couldn’t take shower after warm water finish.

Good size apartment, good kitchen and great location with everything you would need for a longer term stay.

The place must have been designed by a tall person as the microwave oven is barely accessible for anyone under 180cm. The large wall mounted television near the entrance is also a potential hazard to the unwary.

Self check-in and check-out worked perfectly. There’s lot of space in the apartment and it’s clean.

The apartment has no spirit, it’s very clinical. We didn’t understand that there should had been a reservation for parking and how it was supposed to do.

My favorite kind of place- decently priced, easy automated check-in, a safe, dry place to store our bicycles, very clean apartment, quality sheets and TWO pillows, comfortable mattress, organic body/hair wash, all the requisite kitchen items, big coffee cups with enough coffee/tea to last us our entire stay, plenty of natural light, a nice, big TV, and oh-so delightfully quiet even with the windows open.

The internet was a bit spotty.

on the first day there was no hot water, although it was around 21:00-22:00 in the evening I was offered a different room (at the end I just used the shower and stayed in the room) pretty much immediately after dropping my message. it got a bit hot, so air-con would be a great addition.

Clean, well equipped, nice design, close to eating places, in the city centre.

Was not very clear how to reach the parking spot.

The checking process is efficient, and the room is clean. The location is also excellent, and offers free parking.

The pillows seemed very empty as my head fell straight through them. The covers were also not wide enough, and the drapes do not darken the room nearly enough, so the sun woke me up every morning.

Location was extra, everything was clean, I liked the space, furniture. They provide soap, hair soap and the bed sheets are great. The sofa bed was ready for our arrival
