My suite was incredible, on the fifth floor with an amazing view over the Nurburg landscape. The room is enormous and very well laid out - with everything you need or could ask for. Great coffee machine with nice touch like more milk sachets than you would normally get. The bed and pillows were dreamy and the room kept the perfect temperature by the whisper quiet air con. Being a very hot day (30+) the staff had gone to the effort of closing the curtains and keep the AC going before I went to my room so I arrived to a lovely cool environment after being scorched all day in the sun and by the track.

Good sized room, tea/coffee making facilities, complementary water/snacks etc and the bathroom had a good selection of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner etc. Towels all good, room heating was very efficient and a decent view.

The only letdown of the stay was the choice of TV channels was poor, and even the EPG guide didn't work. Also couldn't find a single English speaking channel, not even any world news

Great stay, clean and comfortable room. Good location and very short walk to GP track. Very good breakfast, at sister hotel we were more happy about the walk over to the other hotel for this.

Only small issues pillows could be better, perhaps bring your own. Reserved parking was an extra 30 Euro a night, we felt for the price location this really should be included.

Absolute fantastic place to stay, the breakfast was incredible, staff were lovely, literally could not ask for a more welcoming, nicer place to stay. My son who is 7, loved it too!

Nothing at all...they thought of everything, even down to the glucose tablets keeping your energy levels up after trying to smash your best lap record!

Everything was great, I didn't know what to expect as I normally just stay in a bog standard hotel when I travel for work. I can't really put my finger on what was better, just that it was all better. The quotes on the walls and the just general motorsport derived theme was great. And the breakfast was the best I've ever experienced as a guest anywhere. I'm coming again just for this in the morning.

Check in was slightly confusing with them being in different buildings but it was my own fault for not seeing the instruction email, so future travelers should be sure to read emails from the hotel before checking in

the room was nice, good size and the breakfast was great - their had a lot of gluten free products which was great - we enjoyed it and will come back for sure

that we have to walk to other hotel for check in, breakfast and the park ticket because it was out of order

Nice enough room with excellent shower and great breakfast.

Two single beds instead of a queen bed in the family room with bunk beds. Couldn’t find the hotel using Waze or Google maps, this needs to be updated!

Loved everything

I understand it is the Winter months, but having a food option, simple like pizza or fries for at night would be great. We had a Christmas party across in the M Lounge and after midnight there was no food options.
