The room is nice and fully equipped, there’s a coffee machine ready to be used. Bathroom is totally functional. The area is central and it’s possible to park the car in a city parking at about 100 metres from the hotel. The access to the hotel is granted by little boxes, into which there are the cards to enter the hotel and the room. One can have the code of these security boxes by dialing a phone number on the main door.

There was, at least in the hours we spent there, any person at the reception, anyone. But we managed however all what we needed.

Excellent facilities, overall a very good experience for an experienced traveller.

The unit was unstaffed. I had to go to the other Trip Inn location to get instructions. The access is by key safe code to get passes for the building. I made several attempts to make contact by phone, but no answer. Accessing the boxes in the dark would be problematic as there is very little lighting.

The location is excellent, the room spacious, the bed was comfortable, the price adequate. It was quiet, functional, clean, but nothing memorable.

Called "apartment", but no way to cook or even warm up food (no microwave, range, just a water-heater). The shower overran after 1.5 minutes, flooding the bathroom. No light on the nightstand; switch for an awkward night-lamp far away. Since my phone stopped working, getting in was more than a hassle (and the first of two numbers never even responded). Large, but useless space next to the "kitchen".

Everything about this property! We’ve been here before and will be here again! room perfect, staff, due to the set up here, invisible, but perfect as far as making everything work for us-

Unfortunately, they are associated with another property called Aschaffenburger Hof… And, if you want to leave your baggage there before you depart with the train, for example, because you cannot leave it at this property, it is not possible to deposit your baggage there safely. The staff there are not willing to keep the commitment that they promise upfront: staying there and being present while your baggage is behind the main desk. This way client’s baggage is unattended for longer periods of time, in spite of the promise to be there and watch it at all times.

Location is great.

Leaving the chip was advised wrong way. I needed to call to customer service when leaving.

great location, within the beautiful downtown chore, historic setting, coffes, restaurants. Immaculately clean, small but adequate and modern decor. Really enjoyed this place. If I am ever back in Aschaffenburg, I would for sure come back.

I struggled to find the piece of paper on the entrance (it was above my head and it was dark) where the number was posted to call "Klaus" who then gave me instructions. I didn't have a data plan to make local calls, so instructions via email or booking.com app might be better for people like me.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, close to older part of town and good restaurants. Union is worth a visit. Great food , beer and very friendly staff. Good to pay a little more for room with AC if it’s hot so windows can be closed against street noise. Laundry available for guest use.

Code for lock box is not sent to u…u have to phone which can be difficult. Also 3 different phone numbers on front door…none are relevant to ring! We came across 2 lots of guests having difficulty getting in.

Clean - good and central location - safe space for bike - comfortable bed - check in by phone and lockbox

Very basic kitchen equipment - no glass in the kitchen -no microwave or any other heating device in kitchen - sink in bathroom was clogged - no reception

Modern furniture, clean, very comfy bed, warm, bathroom with all you need, very good wi-fi, central position (450m from Christmas market). Totally recommended !

The checkin procedure sould be explained in advance.

Great place to stay, apartment was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t expensive.

Nothing really bad to say, I guess the worst thing was parking is a 3-4 minute walk but the cost of parking was reasonable.
