My second visit in few months. Let me separate the review. Room: We had a standard double, nothing exceptional, but fine considering that you won’t spend too much time in the room. At least we did not. The only thing I would really improve is bed, soft for me and not very comfortable. But nothing crazy, just not great. Very good soundproofing, could not hear anything from other rooms. Spa: fantastic, not feeling overcrowded even with busy hotel. Love this place and it is worth every cent. Food: fantastic local breakfast, loved it. Really good 7 course dinner every evening. Quality is very high, service really friendly. I even think that dinner is better comparing to last visit in October. Reasonable drink prices, no complains.

Beds could be more comfortable Literally everything is in German, but google translate helps 😊

I enjoyed the accommodations, The room was fantastic and the food was good. Room was clean and the locations was very nice. The spa area was great.

I was told at check out that they would not give me an invoice because I paid through booking.com. I explained this is not normal, however I was told this is the way it works. Big surprise, I found out after returning that booking.com does not give you an invoice after all. Basically, the place was great, however the attitude from some of the staff especially at the end was extremely disappointing. I even recently attempted to reached out over Booking.com again and never received any response.

This resort is one of the most magical places I have seen. We got an upgrade for a best available room and was seriously blown away by it. The food was tremendous. Best wellness I have ever experienced. We felt special during our stay and hope to return soon!

Little older gym equipment (and lack of heavy dumbbells :D) and extremely soft mattresses that completely ruined my sleep :(.

Area where the Hotel is located is very quiet. Parking is undergroud. Arriving a guy at the reception was very helpfull and showed me the facilities of the hotel. Room was spacious with all the amenities. SPA was amazing. Clean, full of different degrees saunas and steam bath. Indoor/outdoor pool was huge with hot water and whirlpool. I appreciate the fact that pool is opening 6:30 am just before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, full of variety and high quality products. I will visit this hotel again

You may laugh, but sleepers were small for my feet.

As we speak only English there was sometimes a little problem to explain what we wanted. All menus are in German only.

SPA is a reason to visit. extensive bread selection for breakfast. decent wine selection. free e-bike.

Mixed experience with service.

Comfortable, welcoming, spacious, fantastic pool and relaxing areas . Beds very comfortable.

Bathroom a little cramped

The hotel was fairly busy but the Therme was so spacious and there was loads of areas to find peace and quite. The outside Biotop was brilliant for a refreshing swim
