Very clean with good wifi and very helpful staff.

Parking was advertised, however completely unsuitable. I went to the spa car park instead and parked there. As I was not travelling solo this was not an issue, but would not have to walk alone late at night back to the hotel. As the machine in the carpark didn't take cards, I also had to allow time each morning to get change and walk to the car with my bags and work equipment. I would have given an excellent for the facilities if this had been good.

The hotel was clean, everything looked fresh and tidy. The staff was perfect hosts and really welcoming. The facilities within the room were excellent and quite specious. It was the only available Hotel at a reasonable price close to Berlin. Since it was high season most hotels in the city centre were fully booked or flat out too expensive. I loved the proximity to the lake which has stunning views all around.

I was looking forward to using the spa but it was closed due to some renovations. Perhaps a little notice that the spa was not available within the dates of the upgrades would have been welcomed. It was not easy for non-german speakers to use public transport and get there. You'd definitely need a good device/smartphone to translate and heavily use either Maps (iOS) or Google maps to get all the right transport connections.

Carpark always full and on one occassion there was space, it was VERY difficult to get in and out. Had to park in Therma carpark which was very awkward to access and not serviced 24 hours like hotel carpark.

This is a clean well kept hotel. The location is great: right near the lake and walking path, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Our apartment had a lots of space. Rented a bike and got to explore bad Saarow and bike around the lake.

The rooms and furnishings were a bit generic and basic, but new and good quality. At one point we had a workman appear on our balcony without warning but otherwise the trip was great.

Lovely quiet stay. I appreciated the simple deco and the big shower.

The lack of diversity in staff. There were three people of colour and they were all very low in the hierarchy (cleaners mostly) and the higher it got, the whiter it became. It’s important to me to feel represented and I didn’t.

Great location, very welcoming staff, a good breakfast - overall we had a very tranquil hotel stay and a great sleep on very large, comfortable bed.

It would be lovely if a simple tea set was made available in the double rooms

Did not expect to find something this nice. Despite all that's happening, they do amazing. I extended my stay a good deal. Very happy Also they're close to the Tesla factory, if that is important.

The front desk is closed after 18h during this time (covid, low demand). But they are reachable by phone 24h. Honestly this is probably the only thing keeping them from being 4 stars. They're doing a great job and I wish them success.

Very nice place, super close to Terme (which is why we were there). Well equipped, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. Highly recommend

Breakfast was kinda basic and not so many veggie options :(
