We had a triple bed room booked. And had subsequently requested the hotel to provide us with an additional cot for our 7 year old. This was approved by the hotel. However, due to some misunderstanding the extra cot was not available on the date of check in. There were no extra cots/beds available on the day. So the staff checked internally and provided us with an extra double bed room for free. To make things even better, this extra room was just next to our original room thus making things so easy for us to coordinate.

Excellent location for travelling via motorway and have overnight stopover for rest and sleep. Excellent service, super friendly staff and very clean room. Beds super comfortable , no back pain in the morning. Extra bonus is walking just 1 min. across road to have McDonald’s and KFC. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants 5 stars experience for little money paid.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are basic but up to date and clean. Windows block noice very good. Pretty safe parking space. Price/quality is very good.
For what I expected nothing. Hannover city is reachable by train or car but Google the route if it works for you.
