Exceptional! - My head office for work is based local to Bergheim so I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the area in the last few years. I know from now on though my first choice will always be the Hotel52 in Bergheim. Fantastic staff, great location, easy to find and 5 mins walk to the town center but still quiet at night. Nice car park which seems a rare commodity in German hotels. Room was fresh modern with a wonderful industrial chique feel to it, breakfast was a great spread, full stocked and quiet (although I was quite late around 8.15am) I had stayed recently four nights at another hotel very local to the Hotel52 and following that stay was put off completely by Bergheim and was actually dreading spending one night in the Hotel52. How wrong I was! I will be returning in December and there is only one place I will be staying. Hotel52 thank you and I will see you soon!

The only negative I could comment would be the Wi-Fi, I was ground floor as close to the reception as you could get. I was therefore surprised that the Wi-Fi would drop in and out so much, even when working and connected it was a slow signal.

Stylish modern hotel with many pieces of artwork, some of which are for sale. Clean comfortable and with secure underground parking and a good choice of breakfast options. Really helpful receptionist who got us a restaurant booking in town for our evening meal. Easy 10 min walk to the town centre. This hotel was a good choice for a last stop returning to Rotterdam as it's not far from the motorway and only around 150 miles to the port.

The breakfast was excellent - as noted by everyone 👍😊 but what really stood out for me were the staff, all of whom were helpful, friendly and really conscientious. The hotel is very well placed for walking around Bergheim, checking out the local pubs & restaurants, and also for accessing public transport - trains & buses. I won’t hesitate to return when I go back to Bergheim.

Staff was really nice and accommodated my early check in.

It was a bit further out from the station than expected and the public transit to here is not very intuitive. I ended up walking since it was hard to figure out how the bus worked in a small town and don't come often.

Very friendly staff. Cleanliness good. Room very spacious. Big bathroom and well equipped. Breakfast buffet good. Hot food cooked to order. Had really nice freshly cooked scrambled eggs. Hotel in fairly busy location but didn’t hear any traffic noise

Mattress on bed a little too firm. Only one pillow per person although I think if we had requested more pillows they would have been supplied. Hotel doesn’t serve evening meal although will order food from local restaurant.

Conveniently located with enough parking space. Very friendly and competent people - one can really feel and experience the benefits of a owners-run property. Very spacious room and bathroom, very good water supply and comfort. Additional or personal requests can be expressed and will be fulfilled in a swift - very nice experience! Thank you. Very clean in all rooms. Breakfast selection good, quality of food and drinks exceptionally good. Egg dishes will be prepared by order - very good! It's a well-rounded concept, consistently on quite high level.

Good location for a passing traveller. With underground parking for my bike. Easy stroll to town centre to find a restaurant. Very helpful staff.

Not a big deal for me but no evening catering or bar. The honesty beer fridge in reception worked fine.

We liked everything, nothing to really complain about. The hotel is well kept and has everything you need, including a covered parking space. The room was nicely decorated and everything is brand new. Breakfast is also a nice plus with a good variety, all fresh products. Location is ideal between Koln and Bonn, but also Bergheim is worth a visit. Thanks a lot to the nice and pleasant owner who made us feel welcomed like we were at home. We will definitely come back when visiting the area!

Nothing really, maybe only the window shutters which let a bit too much light in during the early hours of the morning.

immaculate ! Spotlessly clean with superb decor. receptionist Yvonne was very helpful and the owner Sanja was delightful. we will be staying again as will other family members in the near future-highly recommended

Very friendly staff. We stayed here for one night at our way to Italy, Good breakfast, Good bed and shower.

Room was very hot. Airco would have been nice. Although..it was 32 degrees outside, so probably normally not so hot at the room. If you opened the window you hear the street with traffic.
