Excellent location - green area at old Saale River, 5 min to "Pioniereisenbahn" Bernburg (station "Paradies") with direct access to city center every 30 min. Brother Grimm's Fairytale Garden direct besides, even the Keßler Tower (viewpoint) is only 300 m away. Perfect breakfast and very nice and modern rooms, Gym, Sauna, Biergarten... Parking at hotel backyard was perfect. Perfect room quality (except the empty minibar). Absolute worth the money.

The restaurant and Biergarten closed at 20:00, even the hotel was full and next food source is >2,5 km far away! No announcement, no pre-information about, no snacks, no minibar (fridge yes, content no). A clear Nogo for such an exciting house and the promoted quality!!! We went to bed hungry, even it was a typical bridge day weekend and the hotel was nearly full occupied with families and older guests. If restaurant offers "open from 17.00", a closed door at 20:05 and no more communication is an inacceptable affront to your guests. To order a Pizza from Pizzaservice is a proposal, we hope to listen never again!

Upgrade to a Suite as the booked room was not available. Huge room, seperate bedroom, two TV's. Funny: half the living room consist of a 'private' fittnes-center😉 The manager explained this (reminiscent of the lock downs of fittnessrooms during the first two years of corona.

Wifi was weak and not stable. Never experienced this in this hotel (we were few times in this hotel), probably caused by location (end of hallway, pretty far from router). Should be solved.

Very friendly and most helpful staff , room is spacious, rather good restaurant and good breakfast. I liked the location as it is quiet and one can find plenty of trails for running or just walking in the woods. The city centre is also not very far.

The WiFi was not working in the room at the end of the long corridor. It was good at other rooms.

The nightstand was an uncomfortable distance from the bed and because the lamp on it had a short wire. The lamp switch was practically not reachable from the bed. The carpet was a bit old..

huge rooms with extra toilet, everything that you need and even more. We all loved the hotel, breakfast was really exceptional, and we want to return for sure. It was only 1 overnight on the way home, BUT now we are even thinking to spend couple of days in the area, as really liked the facilities and the hotel.

The room was quite big so there was enough space for everyone. Still, the property is a bit dated (and not in the good way). It will not ruin your stay if you are there just for an overnight, but that's it. the breakfast was OK, you will not leave hungry, but it was strange to read warnings on the walls - like - if you take something with you - you need to pay more. Like ... why? why do you need such a warning? and why does it bother you so much? Do you prefer that the food that is unfinished by kids gets thrown away? why? you don't usually see such threats.

Nothing catastrophic, just little wierd signs here and there.

Really a nice and comfortable hotel. Nice restaurant and very friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night and really happy with all offered. Thank you.

For me the bed was too hard and pillow to soft.

great location for a stopover with kids, great activities near by (zoo & fairy tale park), great value for money

slightly over-styled rooms - but perfect value for the money. no air con in summer :-(

Good location, good breakfast

1. Only one person was in the reception, and I was waiting for check-in a bit longer (I already checked in Online, so it should have been more quick) 2. I don’t know what was really happened, but in the night fire alarm was ringing without fire (it seems), and gave a lot of uncomfortable noise. I don’t think it is usual, so it does not make me to late this facility worse.

The room is new big and with a lot of space. The dining room is nicely decorated and the food and service is just excellent

There is no air conditioner in the room and it bothers on very hot days
