The apartment was perfect for our group of four. Very spacious and in a convenient location. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was excellent with a good selection on the menu. We also loved the ice cream on arrival! Friendly staff.

Electric power points would have been useful to plug the lamps in next to the beds in the 3-bed room.

Really nice building in a great location. We had the attic-level for ourselves, which was lovely.

There was no breakfast included in the room price, which we were not informed of (it was not stated in the booking, either, so it would have been nice to explicitly inform the guests upon arrival).

Minimalist room . I appreciate it. Simple and clean and quite big. Nice wooden floor. Beds were very comfortable.

At arrival after 2 houres riding in rain, only concerned about our identity and filling out papers in the rain. Not showing appartment, no solution for wet clothes, no info about when we needed to leave, ...

The bed was fine. the location was perfect for me as I only had a two kilometre walk to the museum I intended to visit, I quite enjoy a walk. the village/ Town was very pretty and it had some enjoyable scenery and walks by the lake if you are so inclined. the Italian Restaurant next door was outstanding.

The room was clean and very large, it had a table and a sofa, but there were a lot of books and games on the shelves and the television was very small. there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which your information stated there was. there was a kettle, I asked for a mug, but was told tomorrow. it never arrived. In your photos and information it shows breakfast laid out with continental style meats, cheese etc on a table, this was not the case. On my first day I had scrambled egg which was passable, the next day I did ask for a cheese omelette instead of the vegetable one on offer, the cook put some sliced cheese in the omelette which had cooked vegetable in it which I did not really want, surely the cook could have substituted the veg for cheese, not too difficult, in fact easier to produce. I think for a total of two hundred Euro's for two nights that was excessive, as I also had to pay for breakfast. The host was a very polite gentleman whose English along with my German was limited.

General cleanliness of the place was rather poor, area was not children safe, furniture was sometimes broken and therefore dangerous and last but not least i got after stay message complaining I didn’t do dishes, since there was no sponge or other general means of doing it. Cleaning service would be expected.
