The hotel was perfect for our one-night stop over requirements, to break a very long journey back to the UK after a few days' work in Germany. It is extremely easy to find, just 2 mn off the motorway exit and offers 24hr check-in. Next door there are a restaurant and a petrol station. It is just great to be able to refuel without having to go elsewhere. This makes it a perfect stop over place. The hotel reception staff was exceptional in their customer service (especially Mr Benammou, on duty one evening), they had impeccable English and couldnt be more ready to help, in the most professional manner. The room was ideal for our needs, extremely clean and comfortable. I was so impressed on the onwards leg of my journey at the beginning of the week that I decided to stay there again on the return journey, 4 days later. I highly recommend this perfect hotel.

Nothing at all.

-Great breakfast. -Rooms were nice, comfy beds, good shower. -Very close to the motorway and placed right next to a petrol station which was extremely convenient for refuelling the next morning.

-No kettle in room. Coffee/tea only available from a vending machine (paid) in the reception. -Family of 4 had to stay in 2 separate double rooms (no connecting door). -No fridge. -Internet didn't work properly. -TV couldn't stream (Netflix etc.).

We stayed one night on our way home to Denmark. Very close to the highway and good parking facilities in front of the hotel. Nice clean rooms. Okay beds - we were a family of four and had a twin room and a double room (in the latter, the bed was 160x200). The breakfast was fine.

The room got very hot at night, there was no A/C - and when opening the windows, we could hear the noise from the busy road outside (wtih the windows closed we didn't notice it)

The room was clean, the hotel was next to the high way , very good for a stop, there is a restaurant and a tank station next to the hotel, very convenient. The staff told a parking huis in de center of the city, makes our visit to the center a lot easier.

The hotel room doesn't have a water cooker, my son drank melk power with prikled water at night. Also no coffee in the room . But it is ok for a couple of days stay.

I was travelling for business so I was looking for a hotel close to the motorway. The hotel has well appointed rooms, good beds, staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast is excellent. It is located in an industrial area and next door to an Italian restaurant. could benefit from AC or at least a fan in the room, it was 28c outdoor.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. Breakfast room light and airy with a choice of sitting outside, if wanting. Staff very polite and helpful. It’s the second time that we have used this hotel as it’s the perfect distance for us for an overnight stay between Denmark and Hook of Holland.

It’s a shame that there’s no possibility of purchasing a meal ie no restaurant connected to Hotel NordRaum as the “restaurant “ next door is a little unreliable. As we knew this from 2 years ago, we brought our own food to enjoy in our room.

It was close from the highway so we could just drive in and out easily -and a gas station was co-located. There was a great breakfast room for the morning and a co-lacted bar if you needed to wind down after the drive.

It was great, but there was no coffee machine in the room, it was the ONLY thing, and so minor, that I could complain about. And I only noticed this because I was looking for a coffee in the evening after driving and was too lazy to go out.

We liked the double room with connecting door in the middle. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets was a great bonus. We stayed here 1 night as we were traveling along to Sweden. It was nice, clean and great breakfast buffet. Would recommend this as a passing through hotel. For the kids it was extra great to see a mcdonalds around the corner

Nice and quiet linking rooms (for our family), when closing the door the kids could actually sleep. The breakfast was very nice, everything you expected was available and good.

I would prefer it if the free parking was on a hotel-only lot, now it's just a big open free-for-all space. It feels a bit less secure this way.

If you need a hotel close to the motorway, with easy parking and that welcomes pets, this is really good value for money. On top of this, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room very practical and comfortable. Next door is a restaurant (huge portions and very friendly staff, if not a culinary highlight) and a gas station, which is another plus if you´re on the road with little time to spare.
