Great location. Great food around the place! Awesome view from the balcony. Clean and great value for the buck.

Could use a small microwave. The double bed is basically two small beds pushed together, so there is large space between. Not comfortable if you are cuddle sleepers like my wife and I are. We ended up sliding in between the beds and did not get a lot of sleep. We left one night early because of that. We loved everything this hotel had to offer, but the double bed was really bad.

Modern hotel in the Havncity, nice and very good rooftop bar. Stylish, contemporary, tasteful rooms (waterview superior). Great breakfast buffet. Important museums in walking distance.

Breakfast times could be more flexible. More parking space for bicycles should be available. Ebikers would ask for more charging options.

Good quality breakfast. Well designed room, in good condition and very clean. Comfortable bed.

Lack of flexibility from staff. Hotel bar opens at 17.30 - staff refused to serve me when I walked in at 17.23. Made me sit down and wait, even though they were not busy doing anything, and at exactly 17.30 served me a drink. Would have been understandable if I walked in way before opening time, or in case they were busy with other matters, but this was ridiculous.

The gentlemen at the reception desk was super accomadating. We came in super late, and he allowed us to buy beers. Probably one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I've stayed in all of my years in germany. He even gave us directions to the freeport and enterprise. I'd stay here anytime I have to go to Bremerhaven. The view out on the water was also magnificent.

Location of hotel is great with views over the harbour. The choice and quality of foods at breakfast was very good.

Balconies had no privacy and were mostly used by other guests smoking. We're not smokers and found that very off putting . The breakfast setup was very hectic- not enough seats for the number of hotel guests if everyone turns up at the same time. Couldn't sit more than 6 to any table.

Fine breakfast, lovely bathroom, great location next to the Emmigrants' Museum. The room was very clean and pleasantly decorated.

Temperature control did not seem to work; room was too warm, and using the window for temperature control was difficult because of rain and the traffic sounds. Alas, the lobby smelled of poor cleaning in the dining rooms.

Beautifully quiet room soundproofed both from the inside and the outside, although I paid a premium for a room overlooking the harbour, which afforded a lovely view. Nicely designed rooms, with wood-panelled furniture in a modern style. Very nice bar on the top floor, with a terrace overlooking the port. Sumptuous breakfast, good service, even the other guests were a civilised bunch. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The double bed was actually two single beds put together, and the sheets rumpled up a bit.

Room was spacious and clean. Lovely modern bathroom. Stunning rooftop for drinks and the breakfast was great too!

WiFi only worked on one of our phones and not my laptop and then partner’s phone. The two single beds pushed together as a double?

Really lovely hotel - high spec, excellent service, lovely location and view, fantastic breakfast.

Breakfast timeslots need to be pre booked - this worked for us but might be annoying if you don't wake to an alarm clock.
