Beautiful hotel located right across the Chemnitz Opera House and within walking distance of the train station. The view is unbeatable. It was my second visit to Chemnitz and the second time I stayed in this hotel and I caught some spectacular sunsets, with the opera looking particularly beautiful in the setting sun. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very nice.

The bed could have been comfortable, I personally prefer a softer bed.

Size of rooms, dinner and breakfast was excellent, and overall the whole experience was exactly as we would expect it to be.

Parking was a little awkward as the hotel carpark to the rear was full but there was further parking available a short walk away and in the end we parked right at the door so that was OK! The aircon didn't seem to cool the room much but maybe my unit was not quite working properly but overall the temp was OK as I could open the windows

The room was deluxe; very spacious and had all the amenities of a boutique hotel. Sitting area, desk Large bathroom s(two sinks, separate shower and bathtub) and separate toilet. Very impressive. The view toward the Opera square is fantastic. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner. Good selection of meats, cheeses, herring, lox, breads and sweets. Staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby, bar and halls very commodious. Also, location in respect to transit great. Good Covid protocols.

Only a slight noise issue, very slight, with the light rail below...but alright if the windows are closed. A very light sleeper might complain.

What a wonderful view welcomes us at first stop in our Eurotour. We were amazed with hospitable staff at reception. Parking available 10 EUR/day. Pets friendly, charge 7 EUR.

Rooms was fine for a famaly, Kitchen and all what You need. Very nice breakfast. Perfect view.

Child bed was wooden with large spaces between sticks. It was bad for childe because its not safe. Much better are travel beds as in most of hotels are. Price is bit high for such service, but I think its due to location.

View from room down to Opera and Cathedral. Arrangement and spaciousness of room. Proximity to train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

The two bed pillows were both thick and heavy; at least one of them should be lighter and thinner.

The location is absolutly perfect, very center of the city with a magnificent vew from the room window to the main square and cathedral. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly, polite and helpful.
