I liked the rooms, the quality and the outside design which is unique.

The noise made by other customers at 3 AM The location of the hotel (this is something that they can't change) The lack of parking spaces. In the afternoon you always had to drive around to search for a parking space. You would find one in 10-15 minutes and no further than 500m from the hotel.

The property has a good location provided one has a car to drive around. The private parking is available across the road. The free parking is possible on the residential street (overnight). My special thanks to the Receptionist at the lobby who was incredibly helpful when dealing with my documents. I had to print out and scan the documents and the lady helped me a lot to get the job done.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very quit. It was at walking distance from the city.

The neighborhood wasn’t very nice and clean. At the listing it says private parking but you can only park on the street nearby the hotel.

The room was exactly like in the pictures, super comfy, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed and the pillows were great! I slept so well! The check in process with pre-registration was fast and easy, and the receptionists were kind. It was walking distance to Junkyard so it's perfect for attending concerts or events there.

I'd just request a different room next time since it was right next to the staff room and near the elevator, so it was a little bit noisy. The neighborhood isn't very nice, there's not much around and the coffee in the room isn't good, so I'd suggest booking with breakfast included.

The hotel was lovely, looked amazing, the rooms were huge! And especially for the price, very difficult to find a 3 star hotel for 62€, let alone a 4 star hotel. Room was amazing, bed was super comfy, bathroom and shower were very nice too. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Dortmund.

Location was a little strange, close to the centre but looked a little run down and rough. Staff were okay but one of the receptionists spoke very little English and I speak very little German so the language barrier made it very tough to try to ask her about things such as the eco badge I had ordered to be delivered there for the car. She was still very helpful though and I can't fault her for her efforts! I will speak more German next time I stay

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good amenities, clean, elevators are fast, breakfast is ok.

Location is a narrow, busy street. Hard to find a spot. Parking spaces to an extra 15 Euro/day in an underground parking lot across the street. Parking cells very, very narrow. You need good driving skills to get the car in and it is still uncomfortable to get in/out the car, when parked. I had a VW Tiguan. Larger cars wouldnt even fit in. Damages are not excluded. Since the area is kind of merky, there are also merky activities inside the hotel, predominantly on the higher floors. Me personally would hardly book again, as it is not suitable for my travel purposes, eventhough the rooms are nice an the price is good.

The hotel was suprisingly good for the neighbourhood where the hotel was located. It was nice and good and clean. Also the breakfast room was very nice and service overall was good. Still price was really acceptable, I expected less for the price I paid, so it was a nice stay.

Parking......... where you park a car close to this hotel. This is an issue if you come by car. If you come to Dortmund and use taxi of course it is no issue at all.

Sleeping in a former church, how cool is that?!? I'll tell you it is comfortable and luxurious when you choose this one!! Even without having AC, the room was at a comfortable temperature when it was 30+ Degree Celsius outside. The whole building and the rooms were renovated, made with a luxurious modern interior, clean and all fitted to the advertised pictures! Friendly staff in general. The reception was open and friendly anytime you came there for questions. They were so kind to offer us to let our luggage stay behind the reception counter when we wanted to breakfast first before checking out! Good buffet with many choices and little extras that show the eye for details (little bags with lemon juice for your tea or freshly cutted chive for using it on the scrambled eggs). The staff there was friendly and looked regularly if things needed to be filled. No pressure when we were still eating and did not finish in time which was great! We are very happy to have stayed there!

Nothing at all. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely choose this Hotel again for our next trip to Dortmund!

I only ended up staying here after my flight got cancelled, I wasn't offered another flight on the same day, so I had to quickly find a place to stay. This was the only hotel I found that seemed to check my personal criteria, was reasonably close to the main train station and was within a price limit I could assume the airline would reimburse. It turned out to be a great place. Big room and bathroom, clean, comfortable, pretty, practical. A great place to rest when arriving very tired. The area around is quite nice too. Rose bushes at the street corner, a park nearby. U-Bahn station only 2 minutes away.

We had to book a hotel very spontaneously, because our flight was cancelled and will leave the next morning. We arrived 15 minutes after we booked the room, but directly got a key. The friendly receptionist told us it is overbooked and can only offer us a small room and some free drinks from the bar for the trouble. We arrived in our room, but it was perfect. We checked out at 4 in the morning and also here was the man by the reception very friendly.
