As a travel professional, I sometimes pay attention to small details in accommodations that you wouldn't normally notice. The hotel as a whole exceeded all expectations. Everything worked excellently, from check-in to check-out, with all the services. The atmosphere at the hotel was genuinely warm. It was taken care of by the friendly and helpful staff. The bohemian atmosphere, the interior of the hotel with its small details laid the foundation for a relaxing holiday. The best possible start to a holiday day is a dip in the hotel pool and a tasty breakfast on top of it. The location of the hotel is the best possible. From the hotel it is easy to get around on foot or by public transport, for example, to the Old Town area. As a counterbalance to the city's traditional sights, the hotel's surroundings offer a more authentic Dresden. If you are a fan of evening life, just a minute's walk away you will find the most idyllic, bohemian restaurants, bars, beer gardens. Staff was very helpful and friendly; when I was running late with my check-in because of delays in traffic, they phoned me to explain how the out-of-hours checkin works. They are also knowledgeable about the area; the multitude of bars and restaurants in the area can be a bit difficult to navigate without help, as can the small roads in the neighborhood. I also love the decoration of the hotel.

The wifi does unfortunately not always work well; in particular for travelers without cheap mobile data on a EU cellphone contract this will be a problem. Some of the facilities are a bit aged and some lamps could be checked a tad more frequently (if the lightbulbs are still in working order).

Nice location in the center of the Neustadt. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, it was easy communicating with them. Cleaning ladies are there every day unless instructed otherwise. Excellent wi-fi for German standards, which was very important for me since i was working.

I think i mostly missed minibar/small refrigerator since i was visiting mid summer and on the hottest days cold beverages in the room would have been awesome. Also the air condition built in wasn't cleaned in a while (lots of dust), so i didn't wanna turn it on, but it was only needed during the hottest days.

Good and friendly hotel in Neustadt, the area where the nice restaurants and bars are. In walking distance of Dresden Altstadt. Also nearby bahnhof Dresden Neustadt, from where you can make trips outside Dresden. The swimming pool was a luxury to have in the morning.

Breakfast was okay, but for 15 euro a bit dissapointing. Not a problem for me as there are a lot of cafes nearby where you can have breakfast. The room also became a bit hot, but was still doable as I was mostly outside during the day.

It’s a fun area with lots of cafes and bars, and good transport links. bit noisy but that’s fine. A very stylish and spacious hotel room plus kitchenette with small dining table. We loved the gorgeous interiors and strong colours, retro furniture and comfy bed.

Minor points- We booked somewhere with a kitchenette but although there is one, it’s really not possible to cook any food here as there is very minimal cooking (or eating) implements. The fridge is tiny. The saucepan and frying pan were very small so it was not possible, for example. to cook pasta for two in a pan and there’s not microwave either. oh well Also, there is a coffee machine but only 2 pods provided (we stayed for 3 days) and they charge $1.50 for each extra pod. it’s not Nespresso so you can’t just buy a pack . not really a big deal but seemed a bit unusual.

The location is great with easy walking distance to the old part of town. The carpark is off street and seems really well secured. I liked the furnishing and feel of the hotel as well as the lovely staff.

My room was facing the street and as it was a hot night and i left the window open I woke up a few times due to drunk people on the street talking loudly and the bin collection truck in the early morning. This should be no problem if the windows are kept closed or i would have brought earplugs.

The location - the hotel is in the Neustadt, minutes away from some cool restaurants and around 15 minutes from the city centre. It has a dedicated, gated parking, which costs 15 euro per night, but considering the location that's fair. The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, very fresh (feels like the items come from local shops not supermarkets). Hotel's décor is really cool as well. Our room was very spacious and had a dedicated terrace (from what I saw many rooms had them). They have a fun gimmick where if you don't need your room cleaned, they give you a gift. There is a swimming pool for available for guests.

There is not much to be disappointed about this hotel, it's just really good. Maybe a little pricey BUT hotels in Dresden are expensive and this one was definitely value for money. Climate control in my room didn't work I think - no matter what settings I changed, nothing happened.

Very nice and comfortable apartments, quiet and clean. We had apartments with balcony, facing garden - it was a very pleasant place to sit in the evening. Swimming pool also was available. Parking place was easy to use. Breakfast also is very good, with very good coffee.

Swimming pool is not suitable for people with allergy to chlorine, but totally ok for all the others.

Fantastic location, only 10 min walking distance from the Neustadt railway station. A lot of great cafes, bistros and restaurants in the neighborhood. I had a beautiful room, super comfortable. A swimming pool was such a nice thing in hot summer days! I loved the breakfast too! Super nice and helpful staff. Thank you!

Near the center, very pleasant staff, superb cosmetics (Rituals), some kind of stylish design.

The location area is a little bit scary - it seems, it is not the rich area, it was hard to find a good restaurant although there is a lot of fast-food places. The water in a pool was cold. The room asks for the repairment.
