The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We asked for rooms near each other and got rooms next to each other which was a bonus. We arrived late so we wanted to grab some food. The staff advised us a restaurant which was great. The breakfast was really good too the next morning.

The beds were great, however the pillows were very very flat. It felt like laying on air. I did not ask for another pillow, which was my own fault. Also there is limited parking space in the private parking. This was not something which I was counting on, however there is more than enough parking spaces on the side of the road.

Very friendly hotel in a great river-side spot. The breakfast room has a great view across to the confluence of the Rhine and Ruhr rivers which we found very interesting. It made a good location to break a very long drive up the 3 Autobahn. From the outside the hotel looks rather dated, but inside it was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

The surrounding streets / town aren't very inspiring. We really regretted not booking a river view, which would have been well worth the extra cost.

Hotel is large and of a good standard, the check in was very efficient and the check in guy was friendly helped us find a petrol station and told us where to park. We had a few beers then dinner which was fine it seems as if the same guy who checked us in did all the waiting as well. The room was very good with two balconies, lovely and clean everything looked new. The view over the Rhine was lovely and it was a pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was included and was very good. Served over a wide range of times to suit everyone. We had a quiet night with no disturbance, bed was very comfortable.

The surrounding area was not the prettiest apart from the riverside, The hotel is a bit of a concrete tower but that is just being a little unfair. Menu for dinner was limited but we enjoyed what we had

Room was quiet, I had a balcony over looking the Rhine river. Friendly receptionist, great location. Breakfast was also good, I would have appreciated real juice though!

Hardly anything. The cleaning staff barged into our room and was shouting at us that they wanted to clean. My partner and I were both in the middle of business call and we told her to come back. She said she was closing and threw blankets and towels in the room, then left! We reported to the reception and they were very apologetic about it!

Room was spacious and clean and the views were to die for, great look out over the river at all the barges and cruise ships. We were not very high up but we could see everything from our balcony.

The rooms were not completed when we arrived as the laundry was late, not the hotels fault but affected our overall impression. There was no restaurant for an evening meal so we hade to walk to a local beer garden, or take a taxi to an Italian or a fish restaurant, not an ideal situation.

Fabulous riverside location, friendly staff, bigger than average rooms, passing river traffic a treat and not too noisy. Room price was good too. Breakfast is excellent, the bar is active most nights, surrounding street parking is free. Bike lockup is a great idea, the neighbourhood is very bike-friendly.

Had better quality bed linen in cheaper hotels. Restaurant can be closed: Alternatives are a 10 minute walk.

Good buffet breakfast, hotel lies in excellent location on the West Bank of the Rhine, we paid 5 euros extra for a river view and it was well worth it. Short walk over the bridge to the Binnenhafen and tram connections to central Duisburg.

We appreciate this hotel caters mainly for business use, but some tourist information about local attractions and public transport would have helped. The restaurant is closed at weekends, I asked the staff about eating opportunities and the man just suggested only one Italian restaurant and said he didn't know much about the area. There was actually a simple but very pleasant Biergarten just along the river which had a good choice of food.

Great view over the river and amazing breakfast. The room was big with a hugh bathroom.

They had about 15 parking spaces, and the rest of the cars were parked along the road. We ended up on the road because we came late in the evening. Not horrible, but would have been nice to know. We were in a non smoking room but the smoke from the neighbour came into our room - not great since my boyfriend has asthma (no ventilation)

The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, and faced the river. The view was beautiful, but be aware of the steady barge traffic. The restaurant serves a limited menu and the meals were good.

Parking may be somewhat difficult, as the small hotel parking lot, with about 6-8 spaces, was under construction during my stay in March 2023. There is a public parking lot a short distance from the hotel, and on street parking is available.

Reception guy was very welcoming and efficient. Dinner outdoors on the terrace was excellent, and included do-it-yourself breakfast was adequate. Great views over the Rhine.

The hot water was from an electric instantaneous heater, so shower alternately hot or cool - had to leave the handbasin hot tap running to keep the heater on, otherwise it went clunk and water went cold. Door didn't seal either. Told Reception, but nothing they could do right then. Not enough parking - we were lucky to find a space on the road outside. Fridge was hot on the outside, and not cold on the inside, so useless.
