Really good hotel. Staff were accommodating and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious Was impressed with the cleanliness.

The only negative things I’ll say is that the shower head wasn’t 100% clean as it was stained and there wasn’t much of a selection for breakfast. My sleep wasn’t entirely comfortable as I kept waking up from the door slamming from other rooms. The rooms are not 100% soundproof. It would have been good to have a temperate function to regulate the temperature of the room.

So yes, we made our reservation for 5 of june but left earlier and didnt get the money back because hotels policys. And thats the first one ever. Been traveling 4 years now for work and this is the first one. Thank you.

The stay at Skarv was in generel very pleasant and lived up to our exspectations. Only a few hundred meters from the city center with a great Italien restaurant.

Parking was not included in the price, that was the only surprice we had. But all in all, a good visit. The staff was in generel helpfull and nice. The guy in the evening had some problems speaking english, but we also spoke german, so not realy a problem.

The location is just perfect. The breakfast is very good, and the hotel is new and beautifully designed 😊 We will come back here for sure 👍😃

I wish there was two pillows in the bed instead of just one. The first room we got was not clean, so we had to get another room. But that was no problem at all 😊

We have traveled with a baby so we had to purchase a baby crib as an extra. Unfortunately, we have been provided with neither a mattress, sheet, or duvet cover.

Very nice area, short walk from the train station with lots of trains to Hamburg etc. Hotel is clearly quite new and looks good, nice decorations etc. Very comfortable room and bed.

Friendly staff. Free mineral water. The parking area in the Parkhaus was good and had a good price.

I heard the doors being knocked to wake up the people who wanted to be awaken. The housekeeper supervisor knocked at our door to see if we were happy with the way the room was clean, he was very friendly, but he was not wearing a face mask. His mask was around his neck. Also, the housekeeper does not wear a face mask when she cleans the room.

New opened and well designed comfortable hotel with a clean room and good breakfast option.

The reception officer at night looks not too familiar with the work and lasted long time to do the check-in and provide us with the receipt

The location is super cozy and quiet, I had a great night's sleep and the room was spotlessly clean. Check-in was super fast and we didn't have to wait, the receptionist provided us with bottles of water upon check-in and even some fruits, it was super nice. The location is really near to most means of public transportation.

Perfect hotel - gets everything right. I had one of the best hotel sleeps ever. Very new and modern and impeccably clean. Relaxing and quiet. Stylish decor and thoughtfully run. Amazing shower. Minimalist heaven!
