We arrived in the late evening. We like big room and comfortable beds. Receptionist was very friendly, she upgraded our room to an even better suite for free. The rooms are nicely furnished, with tea and coffee making facilities. Additional toiletries are also available in the bathroom. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return to this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice within 10 days. The ladies at the reception are amazing and helpful. It was my first time at Frankfurt and I got positive impression once I see their smile and desire for helping. I highly recommended this property as I will come back again:)

It is kind of normal in the city when the A/C is syncing to outside temperature. So the room is not really cold but it is ok to stay in.

I liked the spacious shower and toilet room. The bedroom was spacious and good with 2 beds in, lovely amount of space. It was clean, that's the most important thing.

Everything was fine. I was only there for 1 night as I was stuck in Frankfurt because of heavy snow whilst transit back to UK, no flights were available.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, specially Sarah she is extraordinary amazing she helped us finding near locations and with services offerd by hotel..she speak Arabic which helped us alot... Thank you best westren io hotel and thank you Sarah 💕

Spacious hotel with ample free parking and a decent gym. Would definitely stay again!

Would be great if a mini-fridge could have been included in the hotel room, if only to keep our own water chilled. Also, a complimentary bottle of water in the hotel room is always a nice gesture - this was not the case this time.

Staff were very friendly,trying to deal with every person coming through the doors as all flights were cancelled due to a system error at tge airport. Room was spacious and clean

It was a bit far from airport or anything else for that matter but would recommend nevertheless

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location for overnight stay for airport - 15 min drive.

Good size, attractive room but some poor design features eg no socket near kettle, shower spray soaks floor. No milk for tea/coffee Food and drink at on site restaurant good but quite pricey and only fast food outlets close by

Perfect location (on route to Hungary), very comfortable hotel with plenty of free parking places; spacious rooms with great bed & linnen and an amazing shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast in an big, open, yet cozy restaurant. Amazing gym. Perfect stay!

Very good value for Money. Large room with 2 comfortable queen beds and large bathroom. Enough parking. Very friendly and helpful front staff. Tesla charging station close by.
