A good, budget hotel, that we stopped at for two nights to break up a long trip across Europe. The owner greeted us and asked that we give him a few minutes to prepare the room,, which was not unreasonable, as we had arrived earlier than expected. The room was small but most acceptable as it was only a couple of nights to overnight and a chance to do a bit of sightseeing in nearby Aachen.

Not much really. If you want silver service, pay the extra and go to an expensive hotel. That is not what this one is about. It is about value for money, and it delivers here.

The hotel owners were amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. Comfortable room and tasty breakfasts. The location is ideal for exploring the town and area.

The first night was disturbed by noisy guests arriving late at night. The owners dealt with it well.

The rooms were neat and well equipped. The mattress and bedding was especially comfortable. The bathroom was clean and practical.

Loved the location and the friendly family running this hotel. Rooms were light and clean, not necessarily modern but it offers what you need for a good stay. It felt very safe. Hotel serves breakfast for a reasonable price with a great selection! Very attentive owners despite knowing little English. They made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely go back.

Smoking cigarettes isn't allowed in hotel but the smell was present coming from reception/corridors not rooms. No air-conditioning in our room. Best to take lightweight clothes over spring/summer for a comfortable night sleep with heavy duvet. The tinted mirror are not helpful for dressing up.

Location is good, just a couple of minutes from the A4 motorway. Room is a good size and themed as Greek, which is quite fun. The bed was comfy and pillows good (a pet hate of mine when travelling). The Greek restaurant is adjoined to the hotel and also serves as the breakfast room. Excellent for a lay-over when heading to or from Germany from the UK.

Nothing much comes to mind, other than the parking was a little challenging when we visited but that was probably due to the road being closed just up from the hotel meaning local residents were parking wherever they could find a space.

top floor no noises from the street. but there was no curtain at the window. they helped to put something in front after I asked, In summertime it wouldnt be enough. Shower was very nice. Hotel easy to find and very nice meal at restaurant. But could notice not daily business for people who were there when we were at the hotel.

assume that when everyone back from holiday service is more quick. we had to wait for food a little too long in the evening and for the bill a little too long in the morning

Good staff and friendly. location was perfect close to Highway. I got parking on the property.

Unfriendly personnel, kept complaining about me using a credit card for minutes, called us up accusing us of causing damages to bed in very unfriendly manner, later realized that they had confused the room numbers
